They turn their phones off during normal business hours. I ordered delivery. The tracker shows that the guy left the store at 6:19 to deliver my pizza. 6:50 he hasn't shown up. I called the store and it rings and rings and rings with out the Domino's options. Nobody answers and the phone hangs up. I called back four times and nobody answers. 7:00 I drive to Domino's Pizza to find out what's going on with my delivery order.
Manager was busy and didn't address the customers that were complaining about their late orders. While in the line I called three times and never heard the phone ring nor did anybody go to the phones.
They finally remade my pizza however I used my online coupon for the free pizza, paid online, and even tipped I never got what I ordered.
They have three phones up front and all three phones were unplugged. I asked the manager, or the woman who claimed to be the manager who never told me her name nor had a name tag, if there were any issues with the phone and she said they were working fine. I advised her that I had called three times while standing in line and not one person answered the phone nor did the phone ring. She got caught in the lie and you could see that in her facial expression.
I advised her you cannot ignore the phone calls nor unplug your phones because you're busy. People who have delivery that are trying to get information about their orders or place new orders cannot do so because you have your phones unplugged because you cannot handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
I want a full refund for my order as it took over 2 hours, I had to drive there and had to demand to have my pizza remade and I feel that the free pizza order online I lost that on that.
I ordered the $5.99 deal online because I didn't want to go to the store. If I was going to go to the store to pick it up I would have ordered the carryout special and got a large pizza with three toppings instead of the medium pizza two toppings. Highly...
Read moreUPDATE APR 14, 22: Do not buy at this store! I made an app order on Apr 6 for a carry out and paid for it at 11:26pm. Got to the store and apparently their carry out ends at 10pm. They shooed me away and I submitted an online ticket through Domino's online customer support the same time. Apr 12 and still no response so I sent another online request the same day asking for an update. Apr 14 and no response. I contacted the store on Apr 14 and 2 managers pretty much told me that I can't get a refund for an order more than a week before. They told me I should have contacted them during that week. I did contact them through Domino's official online customer support! DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS STORE!
If you did give your money and they did not provide you with the product or the product was not as promised and they refuse to give you a refund, dispute the charges from your credit card or bank. If certain credit card companies notice a certain merchant is getting multiple disputes, they will do something.
UPDATE: Use their carside delivery. They guarantee within 2 min they'll have your pizza out to you. If they fail, they'll give you a FREE PIZZA.
This Dominos is so bad that you are almost guaranteed they'll fail giving you your food within 2 min. You'll most likely get a free pizza every time. I did it today, redeemed my free pizza 'cause I got 60 points. Did carside, they didn't come out (I had to go in) to give me my order at all; the app automatically gave me another free pizza.

Read moreOrder from September 11, 2020- So I ordered 3 Large, three topping pizzas. All thin crust, two with light cheese and one with no cheese.
Pizza one: Italian sausage, Mushrooms, and Bacon w/ Light cheese. Came out with no cheese. Not a big problem, who cares.
Pizza two: Philly steak, mushrooms, roasted red peppers w/ light cheese and bbq sauce. Came out with A LOT of cheese, but again, no need to complain.
Pizza three: Philly steak, Mushrooms, Roasted Red peppers w/ no cheese. Came out with Philly steak and at least 3 hand fulls of olives. This one, I complained about.
So, I went back inside, told them what was up and the guy helping was super nice and was taking care of it. But, when he walked over to the cook, the cook said, " I'm just going to make it the same way as I did last time." How unprofessional and non-caring can you get.
Then I wait 32 minutes for the remade pizza and it come out wrong, again. Philly steak and 1 strip a roasted red pepper. No mushrooms.
At this point I just leave and forget about it, but not once did they offer a refund or anything. I even checked the remake pizza before leaving and said it was wrong, again, but still nothing.
