I arrived at the restaurant around 2p on Wednesday, 12/18 and was greated by a friendly staff member. I explained to her that I wanted to purchase a meal for someone who did not know they were getting this food. I asked how i would go about doing this. She offered a solution ofe purchasing it b4 4p as prices go up and I said I would just pay the dinner price as I don't know what time this person would arrive. She was going to do it until I told her the person was homeless but was close and in the area. She stated she needed to speak with her store manager on how to do it, I suggested maybe putting her name on the receipt. She called her store mng. While standing with me and explained what I had explained to her and she stated"i would like to help". After going back and forth with her the employee asked me what race the person was. I asked does this matter? The employee said it doesn't to me and pointed to the phone I asked her id that was her store mng and she said yes. I said the race should NOT matter I am purchasing food for them. I also stated that once I purchased the food that I would give a description of the patron. She then ased again what the race of the person was. Not only are my feelings hurt, but now I am offended and I say never mind I will purchase this food else were. I reached out to the owners on the website Wednesday night and I have yet to hear anything back from them. How can this be? How are we worried about the race of the person is it because they are homeless. We have to do better Warner Robins. It's bad enough they have no were to go and now we have discrimination against them at the...
Read moreI'm grateful and sad that I don't live near close by. If I lived close by I'd probably become morbidly obese because of how good the food is, if that tells you how I feel about this place. I rate this as probably the best pizza restaurant in the world. Great customization options. Wonderful.
One of few places that can get a thin crust white cheese spinach mushroom jalapeno pizza good. They actually put enough spinach on it. Many places just give a light sprinkle of spinach, as if I don't want a lot of spinach when I say "put a lot of spinach on the pizza" or "extra spinach".
So this definitely gets a 5/5 for that. Wonderful.
My last comments are...
Finally, a place that puts enough spinach on the pizza!
Edit: Also one more thing. I saw a comment about someone being upset that the servers were clearing the table while still eating. I have to comment that there are people who prefer that the used plates be collected. It's more of a feature than a bug. It helps clear the table so I don't have so many old plates when I come back with more food considering this is a buffet.
However, if you don't want this just let them know. They'll leave your table alone if you say don't take anything away when the server comes to try to take...
Read moreI hope this reaches management at the highest level. I took my children to Stevi B’s yesterday for lunch. There were 3 birthday parties going on. The staff was scrambling to keep food on the buffet and keep the restaurant clean. After eating we headed over to play games. All of the machines were taking money or not dispensing tickets after your play. There were only 2 machines functioning properly. There was spilled drink on the floor and trash everywhere. I look up and there is a young lady mopping the spill up quickly. Afterwards she gets on her hands and knees and starts fixing machines, giving kids their tokens back, and dispensing rightly owed tickets. She comes over to our machine and starts her routine. I thanked her and told her she was awesome. Her name is Alicia (sorry for spelling). If your entire staff had the motivation and kindness that she did the restaurant would have been running much more smoothly. This lady had the whole game room cleaned up and back running in 10 minutes. Someone needs to give her a raise and promotion she has exactly what it takes to deliver excellent customer service! Thank you again Alicia for...
