Okay, so, I'm very hesitant to make this review because I fear retaliation, but here goes.
A couple weeks ago, I had an incident in which I ordered a Caramel Frappe but received a Mocha one instead. The whole thing was that it was not only melted, but upon asking the employee if it was caramel (because I just assumed they were out of caramel drizzle and used chocolate instead) it was confirmed that it was. I was running late for a bus and had to leave. I took a sip and found that it was mocha. I ended up having to throw it away because it was both melted and gross and not what I asked for. I am on the spectrum and am very particular about my cravings and food wants. The two completely different flavor profiles actually made me physically sick. It is not something that I can help.
So, I reached out to support and left feedback about the incident. Someone reached out (Nicki) and I was offered a coupon. I accepted, no problem, and received them in the mail. Awesome, right? Well, that's what this review is about.
I went to this location today and used my coupon. I initially went in for a plain ice cream but, no surprise here, the machine was down. So I decided to use my coupon for a PLAIN vanilla milkshake. After the guy at the counter originally tried to say that my coupon was for another location, I explained that I had received it for an incident at this location, he put it through.
He asked if I wanted whipped cream. This I heard for sure. I said yes and thought all was well.
I then received my milkshake, but noticed that it was a bit dark on the bottom. I initially assumed that chocolate and vanilla got mixed in the beginning (I used to work at McDonald's and knew that it happens from time to time due to the way the machine works.) The issue was that it wouldn't mix. I took a sip and got a mouthful of caramel.
I understand if this was meant to be a kind gesture and I'm sorry to complain further or risk getting anyone in trouble. However, I am autistic. If I have a specific taste for something, it can't be changed in a way that I didn't okay, if that makes sense. All I wanted was a plain vanilla milkshake because I couldn't get the ice cream. The two flavors are similar enough that I'd have been satisfied. The addition of caramel caused an unintentional meltdown. I didn't return to the store because I would have caused a scene and I didn't want to embarrass myself.
I can't help but wonder, however, if it was intentional. A nod to my original complaint, perhaps? I'm unsure and don't want to assume that, but it's just very specific.
All I ask is to receive what I order without changes. If it was a kind gesture, thank you, but I had a specific craving and the addition was unwelcome. If it was to get back at me for my complaint, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to cause trouble, I just didn't want a mocha frappe as it makes me sick when it's a hot day.
I'm sorry to complain, but I just can't...

Read moreSmh these 15 dallor workers aren't worth it! I paid and asked for everything to be cook to order which is one 20 piece chicken nugget. Got to 2nd window with in 10 seconds pulled up and they were ready to hand out my food. I said my order was cook to order, staff says it is and i should just open it and try it so i did and what do ya know not cook to order. So he takes back the order, im assuming its to refry the nuggets to be hot. Smh big ass violation because now your putting food that i already touched and ate back into the fryer. Mind you it take 3 to 4 mins to cook and im willing to wait. I wait a minute and a half later and they bring out my food at this point I'm already annoyed so I just take the refried nuggets that is 3 shades darker then what I tried at the window and leave because at this point if ur willing to play games whose to say you wont spit on my food or do something disgusting to it just because I didn't take the old nuggets your trying to give me. I should have asked for a...
