My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 11:10am but was apparently given to the wrong customer. It had to be remade and I didn't receive it until 11:30am. I was on my lunch break from work so this was a bit problematic, but I understand accidents happen. The bigger issue was that the manager was extremely loud and unprofessional in reprimanding the employee who was apparently responsible. It made myself and everyone in the restaurant (4 other customers) extremely uncomfortable, to the point that we actually felt bad for the guy. The following customer in line had an issue with a previous order, and I couldn't help but overhear the conversation between him and the manager as I waited for my sandwich to be remade. He had ordered a plain hamburger and received cheese on it. Apparently, he couldn't eat cheese because of a dietary issue. He was very calm in addressing the situation with the manager but unfortunately she wouldn't take any responsibility, and was frankly very rude to the elderly man. She couldn't look him in the eye because she was apparently also on the drive thru headset simultaneously, she told the man that a plain burger DOES include cheese at this location, she said that the employee that helped him should have asked if he wanted cheese because she always asks, and was very defensive throughout the whole conversation. I don't know what the final resolution was as my coworker and I finally received our food and left. In the time she spent going back and forth with the man, she could have easily just apologized and resolved the problem instead of making him feel like the situation was his fault. I got back to work (less than a mile away) and my Dave's Double was cold, dripping with condiments, and the bun was kind of stale. My coworker agreed that her sandwich was also not up to par. Read moreLast night at 9pm, I stopped to pick up 3 sandwiches. With no exaggeration whatsoever, it took 1/2 hour to get my order. You lost a lot of business last night because multiple cars both in front and behind me left because of the long wait. I wish I had. So I finally get my order. Stupid me should have checked the bag, but how can you screw up 3 sandwiches? Especially when I saw the manager hand the girl one of them. I get home, and what I find is far from what I ordered. Now I’m mad. Frustrated, I drive back to this Wendy’s to get my order corrected. Meanwhile, my wife calls the store telling them I’m on my way and what needs to happen. I pull up to the line. I’m 4th in line. 2 cars in front of me, they leave presumably due to the wait. 2 cars behind me left. Then the car in front of me leaves. I’m now 2nd in line. I waited 10 minutes before the car in front of me moved. I have no idea how long they waited in total. Now, I’m up. The girl remembers my order and tells me to pull for my order. I waited another 20 minutes before I actually received my 3 sandwiches. It is now 10:30pm. In total, I waited 90 minutes to get my correct meal. This is by far the worst drivethru I have ever gone thru in my entire life. You lost a lot of potential business that night. A lot! I always give someone a 2nd chance. Read moreI dont even no what to say. Every time I go there it's a problem and after a few months I give then another try but it only ever gets worse. Today I went through the drive through and this guy took my order. I tried ordering 2 cookies but he said they where out. So I drove up to pay and get my food and they where very confused. The lady asked if I placed my order and I said yes then this other guy took the headset off and said I told you I'm not taking any orders. And the lady said she doesn't no what happend to it so I had to re order. I was very specific on my burger witch was no chz. So I pulled off and opened my burger and ofcorse there was chz on it. So I went inside and the first thing I see is cookies at the front so they definitely wernt out. It seemed like no one there new what there job was or what they where doing. This time it will be the last time I go there. Pluss they where blasting rap music in the back so they couldn't communicate with each other to get food right cuz they can't hear each other. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Drive the extra few miles and find another. O and this is how they put the lettuce on my food. Dont even care enough...
