I'll never go to this location again. The girl with the bright red hair that's cooking has a bad attitude and doesn't put hardly any of the toppings on that you order. I just left there. I ordered a large ($12.29) cheese steak and wanted peppers and mushrooms on it with mayo, and steak sauce on the side. When the girl called my name I walked over to see her putting my sub together and not a pepper in sight. I asked if she was sure that was mine because I wanted peppers. Hey reply was "I put peppers on there. People are really irritating me today." So she just sets my sub in front of me and I ask where my side of steak sauce is, and she tells me to go get some from the other girl. So I'm pretty annoyed at that point. But to top it off, I ordered a large soft drink and that run out of ice so instead of going to the back to get more, the guy fills mine without it and when I ask for a fountain pop that isn't warm, he tells me now I have got to wait for him to help other customers... Then goes and gets ice for me. This is a pretty bad customer experience, so instead of dealing with these employees (who clearly don't care) I get in my car and call the place hoping to talk to a manager. It rings for 7mins and nobody answers, so I guess there isn't a manager there. I can't believe my eyes and that I just spent so much money here to walk away so dissatisfied, insulted, and annoyed. From the time my husband and I walked in the door. the person who took our order made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her. Her attitude was horrible, I felt as though she was rushing me to place my order, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time. She took my husbands order; made his order and then came back and asked me for my order. My husbands order was extremely greasy when we got home and therefore he had to throw it away. The cashier clearly saw the negative attitude from her co-worker because she tried really hard to smooth the experience over, but I was already too annoyed with her co-workers attitude to indulge with pleasantries. My sandwich despite my ordering experience was ok. In my experience with customer service, this young generation needs to know and realize how to treat customers. As a company who spends $500 a month easily, today we contacted Dibella's and was rudely talked to by the "new catering" guy and acted as if we were bothersome to them. Then he proceed to say "I need to talk to the G.M. to see if we can get this delivered today. He should of put me on hold as he told her we were in the wrong city and that we needed it today, and Her response to him was (in a bitchy voice) well they need to understand it will take at least an hour to make all of this and get it to them. Even though I tried to order at 11:15 and i specifically told the guy we usually order at this time and it gets to us around 1:30pm. We will never use this place again.
