Awful food and socially inept staff that mumbled in whispers and sighed when asked questions about the menu due to its confusing lack of a kid’s menu. When we searched for a place to eat nearby, the google listing said it had a kid’s menu (be warned, they don’t, and be prepared to pay almost $20 for an 8 year old to eat lunch consisting of extremely dry, seemingly thrice reheated chicken “chunks”, and hollow crinkle cut fries that were terribly dry and chewy (worse than what’s served for the third lunch block in a junior high school) - like they were missing potato on the inside from being so reheated/overcooked.

I ordered the avocado bacon burger, which was putrid. I couldn’t even eat it- it was damp, wet seeming even, and very sloppily put together; crooked hanging meat, so much mayo that it just slid apart if you tried to pick it up intact, and TINY. It was the size of Mcdonald’s children’s Happy Meal burger- paper thin meat. I too ordered fries and a fountain drink, btw, it is all à la carte, there’s no “meals”- so this garbage meal came to over 40$ for my 8 year and old and I to have lunch. At a fast food place. With socially inept staff. I haven’t ever in my life had sticker shock at a fast food place, and this blew my mind. 5$ each for sides of fries (small portions, triple cooked, chewy, and hollowed out), 7 or 8 dollars for disgusting dried out and rock hard chicken chunks) the burger was something that would cost no more than 3$ on a dollar menu, yet was 8$ or 9$, and fountain drinks were 4$+. I recently owned a farm to table, locally sourced, and organic brunch cafe, so I know the cost of real, ethically sourced, organic, farm raised free range/grass fed protein sources, etc., and this is the worst rip off scam for a “green washed” fast...

Burger was tasty. That's the only good. Ordered online. Received an email stating to "wait until I hear from them for the next steps."I then waited outside for 20 minutes. Finally, I went in having received no word from them in text or email or call. The order had been sitting there for 15 minutes as the employee stated. I told her that she should let someone know that it gives people misinformation when ordering online. I suggested this twice. She said nothing in return. I let this go asap (as that is my way of life) and was starving and went home at least looking forward to the food as it looked so hearty and delicious in the photos. After taking out of the bag (see picture please) I discovered a burger less sized than any other burger I've ever eaten and for the price OMG.... it is not a photo trick... it is literally the tiniest piece of meat I've ever seen called a burger. Furthermore, the fries were dry and tasteless. I reached out and called the restaurant and left a message on voice mail explaining as no one answered (yes, they were open). I still have heard nothing back days later and so not expect to. FYI, I don't waste my time leaving negative reviews for establishments of any kind. The stars I rated above are kindness related to the taste of the burger that could only satisfy the hunger of a 10 y/o, and I weigh 169 and healthily. That is all. Sadly, they even had the opportunity to contact me back with ... well, anything accountable or respect worthy and professional. Had they done so with anything at all, I would not have extended myself in words like this....

This is my second time going I love the drive thru lights is kinda of cute. Clean atmosphere and landscaping.

I always order the vegetarian burger wish it was just simple, I dont like the fried onions it makes the burger super salty with that shake sauce. I wish it just had lettuce and tomatoes instead even with different condiments on the side . But I did enjoy the patty so delicious it's not your average veggie burger it has character , it's sometimes hard to get a good veggie fast food burger . I love the cheese crinkle fries so yum , but tonight it wasnt my favorite the fries were below room temp and cheese wasnt up to par so it hung on the fries like glue. Not appetizing, I got some bbq burger for my husband and a small sprite about $30 and change . Its expensive but what isnt.

I'm not a big fan on the service everytime I go theres always 4 to 5 people at the window and it's barely enough room for the window person, everyone up in the bubble, hoovering, let that poor person breath. The wait time is long like the yellow brick road . By the time you get your food it's warmish . I never ate inside but on the drive thru time you just might. This place isnt considered a fast drive thru , the food doesnt come in to go boxes that's the down fall on warmish food. Im not saying this place isnt good but it has its downfalls like everywhere else . I believe the better experience would be to go inside , this place is like a johnny rockets. Everything...
