We placed an order for a scheduled delivery. After waiting 15 minutes past our scheduled delivery time, we called the restaurant to get an update. The person we spoke to stated that the driver was stuck behind an accident but should arrive in another minute or two. Another 20 minutes pass, and the delivery finally arrives. I asked the driver what took so long past our scheduled time. The driver identified himself as one of the owners and stated that they didn’t have a delivery driver tonight so he was helping out. I expressed my frustration that the person at the store lied to us about the delayed delivery and told him that was bad business. We open the pizza box to find the crust burnt. I take a bite and the pizza is cold. You could tell the ingredients are poor quality. The cheese was gritty and the crust was chewy. Read moreDublin Bridge St pizza continues to be one of, if not THE best local pizzerias around town.
Many local places offer up a traditional menu of your typical pizzas that will make it difficult to discern one from another - not bridge street; Here the menu offers a twist on a traditional favorite that allows the pizza to stand apart. For example: the addition of garlic to the Romano Roasted pizza is FANTASTIC! and they don't just sprinkle garlic on either - how much garlic you ask? answer: yes!

Their Wild buffalo sauce is also hand made from scratch by the owner; not poured out of a bottle shipped from a supplier. You can get it on a sub or pizza, but I made a special request and asked for it on their wings which management happily obliged and my wife loved it!
I will be returning again...
