Bullfeathers On The Hill — Restaurant in Washington

Someone at the restaurant stole my son’s backpack! We went there to enjoy the place since our family member had worked there for years and highly recommended it… We left after eating and called within 20 minutes of leaving to have them look for our bag that we know we left there on accident - the person who answered said it was not behind the bar or where we were sitting. We then came the next morning to have them please look again. We were met with no compassion and no concern - just a big fat NO… Your bag is not here!!”(And, it was from the actual waiter that we had tipped generously the night before even though he never came back to us after we received our order) This is very concerning that someone would take the bag in the first place so soon after us leaving, but then we would get NO compassion from Bullfeather’s staff. We supported the restaurant and the waiter and then they/he didn’t supported us back in anyway! So...

MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CARD BACK! Stopped in for beer and an app. Prices are crazy but they're high everywhere in the area. Service was alright, multiple people offered to take our order. Calamari came fast and was a decent amount for the price. Problem was our main server. We finished up and wanted to settle, he already had our card to charge and brought the booklet to sign. Time passed as we finished beers and hit the restroom. Hubby is good about double checking his cards before we leave places, he realized we were not given our credit card by the server. We waited a little longer, then hunted him down. He pulled out our card from his back pocket... if it were left at the card reader or something, that's one thing. To know we were done and leaving, if he "found" our card sitting at checkout he should have immediately brought it. Instead it was pocketed and the whole thing...

This place was awful. I came in with a group of friends after work for drinks. When we received our drinks, mine was served in a dirty sticky glass. When I sent it back the waitress returned with an even dirtier glass. They gave my one friend the completely wrong drink. The drink she ordered was supposed to be made with vodka and they put whiskey but tried to convince her it was correct. ALSO one of the waiters was completely rude!!! We had menus at the table and when he came over to take our order ONE person said that they would just do drinks and he proceeded to take everyone's menu and when one of my friends said she was still looking he said he would bring the menus back when we were ready and took hers too. It was a very weird experience. We paid our tab and went to Zoca on Pennsylvania, their food was amazing and the service was great. I would never go back to...
