I thought it was me until I read the reviews. Wish I would’ve done so before coming here multiple times. The women at this location are miserable and it shows. If you don’t like or love what you do, why not find another job? Instead of making complete strangers miserable. I’ve been coming here once every week or biweekly for a little over a month now and already looking for another location because I don’t want to start my mornings off at 5am with bad vibes. The men are okay but the women are a little rude. No one greets you when you walk in, they all seem so busy to speak, they don’t say hello or Good Morning back when YOU speak, and I have to stand in line and make noises before someone says “hi, how can I help you?” AND I’M THE ONLY ONE THERE! Update: I need to learn to not go this Starbucks... I placed a mobile order not knowing the store was closed. They can make a few drinks it seems but nothing with espresso. And they cannot turn off their store in the app because of corporate according to the baristas blocking the door. So they gave me a refund for the drink but not the extras in my drink... Guess they get to keep my 60¢.

I had a terrible experience at this location a few months ago with an extremely rude barista ending with me just ordering another drink and never receiving my refund for the first and I swore I’d never go back, but as fate would have it today I left my coffee on the kitchen counter and our coffee machine at work is being replaced so I decided to give it another try.
