Last night I ordered a $30 pizza through their website, showed up when it was supposed to be ready, and was told it would be 3 more minutes. 10+ minutes later, the staff realized they forgot about it and pulled my charred pizza out of the oven.

When they tried to give it to me, I mentioned that it looked a little burnt and they proceeded to gaslight me and said it’s supposed to be that way… I have ordered this pizza several times from other wiseguy locations and knew that was not the case.

When they realized the pizza was for me and not a Uber Eats delivery, they asked if I wanted a new one. Since I didn’t want to wait another 20-30 minutes, I asked for a refund. The staff agreed, but after another 10+ minutes of trying to figure out how to issue a refund they called their manager and told my girlfriend they would take care of it when they returned and would give her a call to confirm. Nearly 24 hours later and we have not received a refund or confirmation and several calls to the business have...

Stumbled upon this place while walking around DuPont to kill time. The pizza selection here is amazing — there was a good variety and unique options that are hard to find elsewhere (Korean Chicken, Chicken Paneer, etc.). There’s of course the classic toppings.

Pizza by the slice is a little cheaper than We, The Pizza and the service here is much better.

I never got his name, but the main guy manning the place was like a giant teddy bear. He was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

I would go back just to try the other options of toppings.

There’s a few bar seats inside and lots of seating outside. Definitely recommend swinging by this place for a slice or buy an entire pie...
