So there was a mix of reviews in our party of 3. First, my husband was the one who ordered because it is not wheelchair accessible. Luckily there is a cute public outdoor seating area out front where we ate our lunch. My husband was not impressed with the service. He ordered off the app and asked for a Dr. Pepper. But instead of informing him they were out of it, she just substituted it with a Coke. That is NOT a good substitute. She also was not very friendly. As for the food, my hubby was not very impressed with his regular chicken sandwich on Hawaiian rolls. He said it wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t that great. My chili cheese dog on Hawaiian rolls was pretty good despite being lukewarm. But my fries were hot and absolutely delicious. My son liked his food ok. All in all, the food we had was average and a bit overpriced. Honestly the best part was their funny box. 🤣

This is a bar with great food, cocktails, and decent selection of beer. The entrance is deceiving: main entrance opens up to a huge basement space with high celings. I came on Sat with my two kids and partner for lunch, it was fairly empty, which is great for noisy kids and to be able to watch some futbol. We ordered their hause dog with a brat, a cheese burger, a corn dog slider, hot dog slider, cheeseburgers slider, and tater tots. The brat dog was stellar and had a great snap, even though it was under heavy condiments, which I appreciated. All the food was great. For dining in, ordering is done through Toast on central machines or on your phone via bar codes available on tables. If you have questions or need anything you need to walk to the bar and they'll help you immediately. I will be returning to try more food items and watch some more futbol games.

I liked this restaurant, I especially like the natural fed animals that the meats come from. It seems like nowadays we always have to worry about the antibiotics and over supplements given to animals. So, if this is true and where their meat comes from...it was worth the extra cost. It was a high cost, but you get what you pay for in food quality. The burger was amazing. The fries were a little heat lamp dry and salty. I am allergic to onions, so they made sure not to have them on my burger, but luckily, I inquired if their special sauce had any onions. They had to take it back, so I was left eating my fries solo and then my burger. I would recommend them to inform their customers about the onions in their secret sauce if they request no onions. The restrooms were clean and needed a code to get in.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but after the experience I had today, I feel compelled to speak up. What I encountered at Dog Haus was some of the most dismissive and disrespectful service I’ve ever received — not just as a guest, but as someone who also works in hospitality and understands the standards this industry demands.

On July 16th, I visited Dog Haus after seeing the advertised promotion for a free hot dog via the app. I downloaded the app, followed all the instructions, and arrived expecting a quick, easy bite before continuing with my day. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was not welcome. The bartender, who appeared overwhelmed and disengaged, didn’t acknowledge my presence and instead kept shooting glaring looks my way while rushing between tasks. While I understand the pressures of a short-staffed shift, professionalism should never be the first thing to go. I decided to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt.

After waiting nearly 20 minutes, the bartender came over and abruptly tossed menus onto the bar in front of me — an action that was both rude and unnecessary. As someone who also works in service, I can say with confidence this type of behavior would never be tolerated where I work. It reflects a complete lack of hospitality and basic courtesy. When I was finally approached again, the bartender didn’t offer a greeting — just an annoyed look and a muttered “What do you want?” I asked if the free hot dog promotion was still being honored. She rolled her eyes, said yes, scanned my QR code, and yet proceeded to start a tab and charge me anyway.

I attempted to clarify the charge, but she simply walked away, ignoring me, and tried to signal another staff member (barback it looks like) behind the bar — who also ignored the situation entirely. At that point, feeling disrespected and clearly unwelcome, I left.

This isn’t just about a promotional hot dog. It’s about basic service standards and the treatment of paying customers. If the location was truly understaffed, management should have intervened — not left one person to handle everything and take it out on the guests. I wasn’t the only one who noticed: several other patrons were visibly upset by the same treatment.

As a fellow bartender, I understand how difficult the job can be — but this level of unprofessionalism was shocking. Hospitality is about making people feel welcome, not alienated. I hope this feedback reaches someone who can address the issues and take the appropriate steps to ensure future guests are treated with the respect...

If I could give zero stars, I would, but Google will not allow me to. I ate at this restaurant this past Sunday on April 6. Despite placing my order first before everyone else in my group, which was just for a hamburger and fries, my order never came out to the table despite me asking the waitress over and over again if she could check to see what was taking so long. Every time I would ask, she would say they were still cooking it. My friends also asked her where my meal was as well because she seemed to be ignoring the issue and bringing over everything but my food. It finally was taking so long to the point that everyone else had finished eating and I still had no food so I went to the front and asked to speak to the manager. They proceeded to tell me that my food had never been made because the kitchen had never put the order through. Considering that I had waited almost 40 minutes, was exceptionally hungry, and everyone else was already done eating, I was not happy. When I asked to receive a discount off of my meal initially, the manager tried to give me a credit for the store which I told her I did not want because I will not be coming back. When I asked to receive a full refund for my food, considering that they still have not finished it and it was still taking a long time, I was told that they would not do so, because I had already closed the tab despite the fact that I had no idea that they were going to not make the order because they “didn’t put it through to the kitchen.” Then I was told I would receive half off of my meal and was given a receipt that explicitly displayed the employee’s discount that would be applied to the meal. I have the receipt and can show proof. Despite having this receipt, I still have not received the half off refund and if I don’t receive one, I will be calling my bank to dispute a claim for the charge that they left on my account for the full amount of food. This was such a terrible experience to have to go through and I was not impressed by the service or manner by either of the two women that I had to interact with that day (the manager and waitress). There seemed to be no hurry for them to even try to make the meal, knowing that it was never created and when they finally did bring it out,...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a new establishment, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I knew I was in for a delightful experience.

The ambiance of the place was simply stunning. The attention to detail in the decor, the cozy lighting, and the comfortable seating all contributed to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that a lot of thought and care went into designing the space, and it made me feel instantly at ease.

The service was impeccable. The staff was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to explain each dish and offered recommendations based on my preferences. Their attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm for their work was truly remarkable.

Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, the food! Every bite was a burst of flavors that danced on my taste buds. The menu boasted a wide range of options, and each dish was expertly crafted with fresh ingredients. The presentation was stunning, and you could tell that the chefs put their heart and soul into every plate.

What impressed me the most was the creativity and innovation displayed in the menu. The dishes were unique and offered a delightful twist on traditional flavors. It was a culinary adventure that I won't soon forget.

Overall, my first-time experience at this establishment exceeded all my expectations. From the exceptional service to the extraordinary food, every aspect was top-notch. I left feeling not only satisfied but also inspired by the passion and dedication that went into creating such a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't be...
