My mom placed her order in over the phone, and I thought i had given enough time. Granted it is a pandemic, but i feel like if it's a dinner rush there should be more hands on deck serving food. I mean when I worked at Subway everyone had to pause what we're doing and help make orders. We had to pause making box lunches, and other things that didn't pertain to dinner rush or needed to be handed out quickly (within the next 15-20 mins) there were people waiting in line for a long while just to get their food. And then after I paid for my food, the cashier guy decided to hold my food hostage talking about another guy was waiting on his food. First of all, I wasn't waiting in line and JUST got my food. My food was ordered before the dude got there, my mom ordered TWO sandwiches and still refused to hand me my food until the other guy behind me paid for his food and takes it. No! That's NOT how that works. He needs better customer service training. If I paid for my food and its sitting RIGHT there the ONLY one that had food made and waiting you need to give that customer their order. I dont care what the other person is doing or waiting on. First off the young girl with the red hair, usually always there during lunch hour, stopped making my sandwich when I said I was going to order 3 more. She went to the back and told someone else to do it, she couldn’t handle it I guess. She was still there around but She was so rushing, she even made a sandwich WITHOUT letting me chose what was supposed to go on there. The same lady with the red hair checked me out at the register and she was extremely rude. She treated me way way less than the others behind me. She was racist and she showed it.. Read moreI am not one to leave a one star review, but this was my first and last time at this location. I brought in a coupon I've been holding on for weeks. Apparently, a teeny part of the barcode was torn off so the employee could not scan the code. After asking if she could just enter the promo code that is printed on the actual coupon, she said no she couldn't. I was quite shocked. Is that not why the promo code is on the coupon?? And she said there was nothing she could do. Being a small business owner myself, I am all about customer service. So I could not believe after bringing in a perfectly, good (minus the teeny part of barcode missing) coupon that THEY sent out to bring me into their store, there was nothing they could do for me.
