If you don't want to read the whole thing, here is a summary:
Fiance and I go to get food here, quality of condiments and food is poor. Both of us having diarrhea and him throwing up in less than 30 minutes.
Longer version:
My fiance and I came in to get a bite to eat. We normally go to one that is a little farther, but I was craving McDonald's and I was low on gas. We both get food (breakfast), and sit down to wait. They brought the food to us which is amazing (table tent). My fiance commented to me about their self serve ketchup by the soda machines. He said it came out like water and needs to be replaced. They clearly don't care about condiment quality. We get back to where we are staying (maximum 5 minutes away) and both our stomachs are hurting. He goes to the bathroom first, immediate diarrhea. Then he throws up. This timeline is LESS THAN 30 MINUTES from when we ate to getting back to the hotel. I go to the restroom after him. Immediate diarrhea as well.
Save yourself the trouble and go to another McDonald's because this place DOES NOT care about their food or condiments quality. As Jon Taffer puts it in bar rescue, you will get sick if you eat this food.
Food quality and condiment quality is down the drain. I'll keep going to the one on Belvidere Rd. The quality there is 5...
Read moreConvenient to my place of work, I like this McDonalds due to the fact that they have not yet screwed up any of my orders (which seems to happen to me quite often at other locations). The staff is always courteous and presentable and makes any interactions with them pleasant. The location can be a little tricky and the drive thru lanes can get a little tight during busy times of the day, but overall, it's fairly easy to get in and out. As there are many larger businesses in the area, the staff doesn't keep you waiting around long for your food - which is often piping hot. Granted, I know some people would question having McDonalds for lunch, but for an occasional change of pace this location can provide some good options. My favorites are their fries – but who doesn’t like McD’s fries? I often hit this location from lunch but I have also stopped by for breakfast once in a while and have had the same good, friendly experience. I have not been here for dinner, so I’m not sure about the level of traffic and timing of food at this time. Based on what I know, I would expect it to be just as good as the lunch time level of traffic. Overall, this McDonalds location beats out many other locations I’ve been at and I’ll continue to stop by for...
Read moreOn Sept 4th at 1019 a.m I called the McDonald's here and spoke with one of the manager about an employees missing debut card. I am the spouse of the employee and I let them know that right off the bat. I asked them to ask the employee if he was missing his debut card and they said no he didn't have it! I said over and over again who I was and to speak to him directly or I will call the police. They once again said no. I had to have them ask for the billionth time before I could directly speak to the employee. Then the employee got on the phone and said that yes he had it and then the Manger rudely yanked the phone from him and said that that's between me and him and that she didn't want me calling up there for emergency matters. They knew who I was and still lied about Johnny not having the debit card! They did this on purpose! They are disrespectful to the employees and the employees family members. Im not scared and don't work for her. So she should learn respect for others! She doesn't sign my pay checks so if I report her for rude comments I'll be good!!! Also she hung up the phone in my face! I will come up there and confront her the next time she does something so...
