Three strikes, your out.. My family of 6 come here quite often because the kids love the food. Due to three separate issues, I decided to never come to this location again. 1.My wife ordered a sandwich without sauce due to allergies but they put sauce on. When we asked about it, the guy didn't believe there was sauce. After a few minutes he reluctantly re-made the sandwich. 2. We ordered 4 of the 4 piece combo but they gave us 3 pieces each combo. Based on our previous experience, we knew that they would not believe us, and I didn't want to be accused of lying, so I chalked it up as a loss and we decided next time we will count the chicken at the counter. 3. Last night my wife ordered no sauce by habit to prevent cross contamination but I love the sauce. I went up there to ask for sauce but the young man said I had to pay because she said no sauce. I told him I just spent nearly $60 and just want some sauce but he still wanted to charge me. I was livid so I started to walk away but turned back around and asked for a supervisor. I explained to her and she asked me how many sauces I wanted. I asked for 3, she gave me 3. No apologies, no smile, no thank you. Mind you my food had gotten cold and along with me being upset, I did not enjoy the food. And my family did not enjoy the experience as well seeing me upset. Due to multiple mistakes and horrible customer service I decided to stop going to Canes and spend my $60 per week someplace else. In addition, I will no longer recommend Canes to anyone else....
Read moreUpdating review: All info originally posted is true. However, if you use the drive-through, check your order before driving away! Three times in a row, I ordered six strips & got five. Also, Texas Toast was missing one time, another time coleslaw was missing. I went inside to try again, and I got five strips again. Even after asking them to make sure there would be six! Given the price for these combo meals, recurring issues like this are not ok. I suggest trying a different location. Original: This place knows how to make chicken strips and sandwiches out of real chicken! Besides great tasting chicken, they have a limited list of very good side items and beverages. (Get the sweet or unsweetened tea based on your acceptable sugar level, or get the lemonade, which is not too sweet or too tart.) The menu is short so they can specialize, and they get it right. Tailgate packs are great for parties, fairly priced. Locations have fun decorations and are very clean. Teams are so nice...
Read moreMy first experience at Raising Cane's Chicken was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and our food was served hot and ready to enjoy. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and every bite was delicious. But what truly stole the show was the Cane's sauce—it’s a unique blend of flavors that pairs perfectly with the chicken and fries. I couldn’t get enough of it!
The simplicity of the menu is part of what makes Raising Cane’s so special. They focus on doing a few things exceptionally well, and it shows in the quality of the food. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. I left already looking forward to my next visit. If you’re a fan of great chicken and amazing sauces, Raising Cane’s...
