Arby's — Restaurant in Weaverville

Pulled up to Arby’s, very very excited. Decided to go all out today (special) and get some curly fries with my beef and cheddar meal. Go to order, out of onion buns for beef and cheddar (makes the sandwich). I can accept this. Got a sesame bun (dry, bad.) Okay. Can I get fries with that? OUT OF CURLY FRIES. Only crinkle, which were not even salted and just tasted like cardboard potato. Okay. Ordered two jamocha shakes, one without whipped cream please. Pull up to the window, we are handed two shakes with whipped cream. One of them has chocolate sauce dripping all over it, and the person at the window says sorry about the mess, but there are napkins for us in the bag. Pull of, chocolate sauce dripping everywhere, it’s on the hands and on the car, I don’t even know how there was that much. Park to clean up the mess, NO NAPKINS IN THE BAG! No longer excited. Thankful to be able to afford food, but disappointed in the whole experience....

The food was as expected. The reason I am leaving a review is because of what my family and I just witnessed. There were no gloves being worn. One cashier coughed & sneezed into their hand. Picked their nose and played in their hair while at the register, handed customers their cups with the same hand, by the rim of the cup. He did not wash his hands and went directly to the fry station, picked up a sleeve for fries laid it back down, put his hands back into his hair and back on the line of food. There were no hair nets being worn and the manager on duties just had his hair in a loose pony tail. Not a single person there washed their hands one time in the span of 40 mins. As someone who has worked in this environment majority of my life, it was more than disappointing it...

I was at this place at 5 and I watched as Jerrica ingle sat in the office while her staff threw food and I fell out it’s boxes and If I hadn’t have said something they would have serve it, they also ignored they front counter people, and someone doing door dash for at least ten minutes, the man who threw the food name is Caleb corporation needs to come in and get some new employees also watch the girl on front counter chole and the lady at the front her food very rudely , and so many health code violations in this picture like the little Cesar pizza in the background health code violation no use of gloves, and you can see nothing wipe off after writing this review I’ll will contact the health department Arby’s need to shut down or they need new managers and...
