I had a very good, helpful experience@Arby's.I have Celiac Disease&there were very few options for food I could safely eat.The Gentleman working@the counter pulled out a laminated list of Gluten free foods.(I applauded Arby's for having this available for your employees to assist customers!)Celiac Disease can be confusing to those who have it&beyond confusing to someone who has never heard of it!I am so sick of salads... He offered to do a Beef& Cheddar, minus the bun. Replaced the bun with lettuce. Each item was served separately, which was greatly appreciated! The food was served@the perfect temperature, presentation was superb&the flavor was excellent!Excellent job once again by the,"thinking" employee.I could have received a slimy mess instead.Would be better if Arby's would offer a Gluten free bun.*Also,I'm begging restaurants to please fry your French Fries in their own fryer!Due to cross contamination from breaded w/gluten foods(chick.patties, fish, etc.)I can't order French Fries.I have noticed while visiting Minnesota(twin cities area)almost all restaurants do fry their French Fries in their own fryer! It is so wonderful to be able to get an order of French Fries! An employee who could have blown me off, went above &beyond helping me out!He even checked on us to see if everything was satisfactory! Even though Arby's was lacking Gluten free options. Your employee made the experience a...
Read moreI just stopped to get a roast beef sandwich at the Arby’s on Paradise Drive in West Bend. After waiting in the drive-thru for three or four minutes to place my order I was told that they were out of roast beef. That would be like Kentucky Fried Chicken being out of chicken in my opinion. To make things worse I could not back out of the drive-thru because there was a car behind me and it took them about seven or eight minutes to finish the order for the ONE car that was in front of me. This is not an isolated incident for this location which is why I rarely go there and probably will stop going there all together. Not sure why a place like Culver’s seems to always give you great service and places like Arby’s and McDonald’s always give you bad service. I would have to assume it is due to bad upper management and...
Read moreArby's used to be good with their sandwiches lack of help now they don't give you enough roast beef like they used to many years ago that I remember, now it looks like a cow pie All flattened out and brown never used to be like that ten years ago. It seems like i got to drive farther out to get any arby restaurant that stays open late all the other ones that's in town or the city they can't get enough help and they shutdown by 5pm and you can't eat inside. I always dine-in I never take any sandwiches out in my car it's inconvenience to do that and sometimes the sandwiches are cold we go to cousins now sub sandwiches now. Better quality of food we just were at Arby's restaurant layout in West Bend and it was good but I live in Milwaukee and I had to drive 30 minutes away just to get better quality are you kidding...
