La Colombe Coffee Workshop — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I've visited here multiple times these past few months because my bank is located just yards away so it's always fun to make a pit stop here to unwind, gather my thoughts and soak up great vibes.

This particular La Colombe is my favorite though not only because of the cheerful layout, bright open space and comfy beaches but the staff here are outstanding!

They love being here--- it's obvious and I'm extremely sensitive to energies so I feel like my energies are being amplified here--- not drained.

Here's a huge thank you to all these wonderful barristas who make it fun-- Veronica, Maxwell, Sam, Elle, Juno, Sarah, Kyle, Leah, Shannon, Danny, Daniel, Natalie, Theresa, Giulz and Sophia.

On a side note Juno remembered me when I once visited their Lincoln Park location on Armitage! Can't believe it! That speaks volumes and I appreciate 🙏 when people remember me.

Can you say UH-MAY-ZING?! I love this coffee and the oat milk latte is to die for! It's smooth not bitter or acidic I'll post a picture if I can hold on to it long enough! If I had any complaints they would be that you can only get one size and there aren't any suburban locations.... But then again the one size thing keeps you from being coffee shamed because you forget that tall and small are the same thing at some other places. But the coffee is really good, the service is really friendly and the Randolph St location is really cute... Easily the best coffee in Chicago!

Update: Still single handedly THE absolute BEST Oat milk latte in Chicago! Even after the renovations on Randolph this place is still bomb! Luckily my daughter was with me and distracted me while the barista quietly placed this awesome,soothing nectar of the coffee gods in front of me...well long enough for me to snap a picture. ...

Lot's of light and beautiful cups

I wanted to visit this coffee shop a couple of weeks ago, but they were closed for dine-in. I was much luckier this time. First of all, employees are friendly, helpful, and quick. My coffee was ready as soon as I've placed the order. It also had a pretty feather art. Pain au chocolat was very buttery and not extremely sweet and paired well with the tiniest bit bitter cappuccino. The cafe has a lot of open space. It is to accommodate the people who are waiting in line. The line is moving quickly but doesn't end. The cups deserve a separate mention. They are not of some fine china, but with their pretty floral design, they make the experience better. I, for one, like these cups way more than...
