First time coming into this establishment and was definitely my last! Received a coupon for my birthday to redeem for a free pizza slice. The coupon specifically states I can either print out the coupon OR PRESENT THE COUPON WITH THE PROMO CODE LITERALLY ON THERE SO THEY DON’T ASSUME I USED IT ALREADY, and the cashier looked confused as if shes never seen a coupon from Sbarro before. One of the female workers that was working right behind the cashier said I had to physically present a print out of a coupon. Still practicing social distancing, only 33 people are allowed in the seating area.
One wall has this long scenic mural, all things Italian Vienna, Italy.
The staff were greeters, acknowledged your presence, said bye on my way out, and thanked me for coming. This makes me say, it will be my go-to place when I visit the Medical District...
