Trogo Kitchen and Market — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

One of my favorite places to eat! I've ordered from here about weekly since they've opened. Everything I've tried has been flavorful, bright, & fresh, as well as beautiful. (I'm not someone who normally takes photos of meals but here we are!) The owners and chefs are also welcoming and delightful. I know finding the place up the stairs in the Green Exchange building can be a bit odd, but don't let that stop you from trying out their sandwiches and salads! Today I ordered from Trogo for lunch using GrubHub. Grubhub then cancelled my order because they said the restaurant was 'closed'. As it turned out, the restaurant had my order ready. Long story short, the owner presonally delivered my food along with a delicious bonus cookie. I will definitely be ordering from Trogo again. What a gem. Trogo is on the 2nd floor of the Green Exchange Building. Quaint coffee/breakfast/lunch place. Superb and thoughtful sandwiches, salads, and soups. Great place for people with dietary restrictions (plenty of vegan and gluten free options) I had the frittata panini with mushrooms. Easily the best egg sandwich I’ve had in ages. The owners are a husband and wife team. Super friendly and they take pride in their business. Would highly recommend. And sea salt chocolate chip cookie is phenomenal and also happens...
