Management needs to be taught professionalism! The way they handle job applicants is disturbing!
My 18 yr HS daughter was told by a friend who works as a busser there to apply as they are needing help. So my child applies - gets an interview appointment the very next day and goes there. Only to be told by the female manager M (withholding name for privacy) that they are fully staffed and to come back in TWO months! ( as a side note - My daughter started working two yrs ago in the catering & event planning business and brings all that experience to the table and this was a step down to apply as a busser but oh well she wanted to work along side her bff).
Back to the professionalism of the management team: Why do you give people an appointment time? Make them go out of their way and show up early and then be discarded?
Great lesson for my kid, as is I don’t like the quality of the food and service anyway and was happy she got turned away. And it was such great teaching moment to aim high and apply at better places than a unprofessional middle of the road chain restaurant.
Word to the management though: don’t play with people’s time and gas in an...
Read moreI have a family and their was three of us, the front hostess was terrible and looked miserable, then we got seated with the very rude hostess, the waiter was alright she seemed like she was having a terrible day or fog brained because she couldn't grasp our ordering, the food portions were awfully small when we received our orders and also the waiter rarely refilled my drink overall it gets a two because at least we got some kind of service update to this post I went out today on 8/17/24 and had the worst experience ever from not getting a straw, to getting hair cooked in our food! My wife has been sick and barely gets a chance to eat and she wanted food here and only to get a fajitas meal with hair cooked into it, we spent 85 dollars as a family and quite frankly I'm very disappointed, I tried to speak with a manager and it took 8 mins for someone to care, then he was so occupied with the work he didn't even listen, he apologized blamed the waitress and gave me some gift cards. Don't ever come here. Honestly they don't care for you. Your just a walking dollar sign. I won't eat...
Read moreWhat a great experience I recently had at Chili's I usually don't like these big chain restaurants they're kind of noisy and clear out it and the food and service is not very good however on this occasion the Eastland shopping center Chili's I was pleasantly surprised. It was quite busy however our server had a good volume of his voice my server's name was Eric he was excellent this guy knew everything about Chili's menu the portions what we might like or not like it is often unexpected to receive this level of service from someone at a busy establishment as this. But I must commend Eric on his great customer service getting the food to us in a timely manner even the server that came to bring us our food I don't have his name but he had braids did an excellent job gave us all of our utensils made sure that our drinks were full I'm definitely going to give this place five stars for that and I will be back thank you to Eric and his staff that assisted him I'm going to mark this place as big...
