McDonald's — Restaurant in West Covina

The manager was very rude and the on shift staff were not helpful. I was waiting for my order that I had placed online and had to wait over 30 minutes in the establishment but never received food. I asked a worker who I presume was the manager since she had a blue shirt if she could check on my order but she told me "l don't have time just wait. My friends and l were in shock and my triend asked her a second time 10 minutes later and she was even ruder this time. I asked a young gentleman about my order and he said he would check on it but never came back sol had to leave with no food and felt frustrated due to the staff's attitude. Also I overheard another lady not get an apple pie she asked for and they were rude when she asked for a refund. If I could this place would get 0 stars from me since the management is terrible and all of the employees are rude to customers. They act as if they are running the army yelling at customers so please if you want an experience similar to the navy come to this McDonalds and you will be berated and yelled at just as much. Not a good experience at all. Came in and ordered two micha iced coffees with out ice, simple, the person who took my order made a big deal about the no ice....apaprently that is a problem because they have to run the machine twice....I finally got my order as I requested (nice! Considering their yelp reviews,) however, I asked for a simple cup (the ones you use for water) and suddenly, I overheard one of the helpers/assistants (looked like an old man/woman with short hair not sure the gender) making a coment that now I want a cup so that I can get ice. So If you plan to come in to this restaurant and special order an item, expect for the staff to make comments!

By the way, the reason why I asked for an extra cup was to share some of my coffee with my daugter!

I hope management does better training of employees to avoid these type of comments.

Not comming back again and will share my experience with evevryone that works in the building across the street where I work.

McDonald's is just McDonald's. This particular McDonald's is more expensive than others and I'm not sure why this is able to continue. The prices should all stay the same it is a chain store although I know they are independently owned. It's so expensive at McDonald's just to get a single sandwich and I know they do this on purpose so you will buy a meal. And me being just one person complaining is not going to change anything I already know this. But I had gastric bypass and 4 years into it I still cannot eat but a few bites of my food. And basically if I just want one sandwich which takes me about a whole day to finish. I have to pay $6 for one little sandwich. This should not happen we should be able to get one sandwich for a decent price. Especially if it's one egg and a piece of ham on a muffin for $6 absolutely ridiculous.
