ATTENTION US WAR VETERANS, VETERANS and ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL! This was the worst experience my wife and I had. We went this evening for there 8-31-2024 for their advertised ALL YOU CAN EAT crab legs and steak. Well we made reservations at 4:30 got there and they had no crab legs at all! So I told my waitress and she said ok. Well apparently they completely ran out and knew about the shortage a whole day before! One of the managers Joey (female) came to our table and said it was going to be 45 minutes before the crab legs get there then another 1 hour or so to cook it. My wife and I wasn’t going to wait 3 hours for food. So the meal was $50 a piece which is actually reasonable and to be expected no worries and I ordered calamari to make up for the no crab legs and overall nasty meal. I asked them to make it fair because we were leaving and they did. So I paid the waitress cash and I paid her $100 and told her it wasn’t her fault about the meal so she should not be penalized for it. She thanked us and we walked out. I go and opened my car door for my wife and the General Manager comes running out says “I need for you to pay your tab before you leave!” I said excuse me. We paid the waitress in there cash and I even tipped her as if we had the entire meal. He said well my staff said you didn’t pay and I wasn’t going to let you leave without paying! At that time Joey the other manager comes running out and said sorry, sorry it’s my fault they paid it was the other table I got it wrong they paid! All this was done in front of other customers to the restaurant. How dare he! He is the worst Manager I have ever met and he should have completely reimbursed me for the meal. Future Patrons a lot more was said and done by General Manager Danny who is the owners son. He was 100% condescending like I was lesser than he was. He had no form or decorum. He couldn’t even respect my wife and be bothered to apologize. Joey did. I am going to reach out to everyone that works with and for me downtown 70% Veterans and I will be telling my lodge brothers about Danny and how he treated a Wounded Warrior, 100% Disabled Veteran who served his country with distinction. Patrons DO NOT GO THERE. The food was terrible and not worth the money.

Birthday dinner for my bf and he wanted crab legs. Irina's had a steak and crab buffet for $55/person so we checked it out. Reservations at 645- we got there a little early and were seated right away. Our server was really good. Young lady that I forgot her name darn it. We looked at menus to make sure we didn't need an appetizer, and he ordered a cucumber martini. Went with the buffet only. Super simple set up. Crab legs, butter, au juis on one table. A few sides and steak on another table. My bf ate 1000 crab legs and enjoyed every bite. I ate some steak, corn, mashed potatoes, biscuits and 1 crab leg. All good. The crab legs were just a little overcooked so harder to get the meat out. Flavor on the steak was excellent but we like medium rare, and that's hard to achieve on a buffet. It was our choice to do buffet so not dinging them for that. Complimentary creme brulee for his bday dessert which I loved and he thought was horrible. We ate our money's worth (especially him- 2 hours of cracking crab legs, ugh). It was a good experience and a treat night out. Our server was attentive, funny, knowledgeable, all the things you want in a server. She was tipped extra well. This is me, and will annoy some, but it is one reason for only 4 stars. They don't have any steak sauce. None. I understand it is an upscale place. I still want steak sauce cause that's how I like my steak. Also didn't offer salt and pepper on the table. We had to ask for it. Little things, I know. They offered a discount for paying cash so we paid cash and just rolled the leftover into the tip. Clean restrooms. Same dark intimate decor as when it was Bonefish. Nice experience and my boyfriend got the exact birthday dinner he wanted.

Unfortunate series of events...

Let me first just say, I've never been here. I picked this restaurant based off of the 4.7 Stars, I had no other expectations. Wednesday 3rd, I made a reservation for my Birthday Saturday 6th for 12 people. The woman taking my reservation was very gracious in getting my information. Saturday Sept 6th @5:45 I arrive at Irina's and I immediately noticed the parking lot is practically empty, that seemed a little odd for a primetime Saturday night. We go in and find a hostess greet us, she walks us to our table. I look around and observe about 8 people in this entire restaurant. At this point, I have 3 of my 12 guests at the table with me. Our waitress comes over and surprises us with this announcement, we're trying something new and every time you make a reservation every person on the reservation gets a free shot. The free shot was a whole thing tutorial and all: Breathe in the rye bread, blow it all out, take the shot, eat the pickle... After the fourth person arrives we jokingly have some fun with the waitress saying we can give her the tutorial on how to take the shot so we proceed to laughingly fun lovingly do this with each person arriving at the table. It made it fun! Last to arrive of my 12 was one of my siblings who happens to have twin girl toddlers, making our final count at the table 10 people, 2 of them did not make it. We proceed with our celebration, drinks appetizers, wonderful meals that tasted divine! At the end of the meal upon receiving our checks, our server comes over with a very somber look on her face, stands at the head of the table and announces, I have some unfortunate news. I look at her somewhat stunned and concerned as to what could possibly be the problem and she proceeds to instruct us that because we were missing five people we were required to pay $25 on top of our bill for each missing person. I tell her with some disappointment that it would've been nice if we had been told this when she asked if everyone was at the table and we were ready to order. She then explains that that rule is on the website and unfortunately we missed that piece of information. She then asked if anybody wanted dessert we of course laugh and say no thank you. At this point, obviously the shots weren't free, there was no special experience. This restaurant was practically empty, I can understand if you had a full house and my two people that did not arrive jeopardized them in some financial way, that was not the case. And I also understand policy, but good business also requires reading the room. They further explain that my brother with the two girls did not get counted because he did not order an entrée. He also didn't get a shot which was by his request because he has two children with him, he did, however, order the girls ice cream. I asked to speak to the manager and they bring me the bartender. I suspect he was not in charge. I asked him to show me where it states the $25 rule and also where it states entrées are required of purchase to be counted, this bartender/foe manager says to me, I'm sorry I can't do that, I'm not allowed to have my phone on the floor... Based off that response, made it very clear to me this person had zero authority. So I let it go . All this to say, it is no surprise the restaurant was practically empty on a prime time Saturday, the food was good. The service was as expected for a restaurant of that caliber. The most unfortunate part of all this was our server, she definitely did not get what she would have received from a grateful table for her service, because together they destroyed the entire experience presenting your guests with an extra $125 charge. I'll likely never go back. Which would also again explain the empty restaurant with wonderful food. I would imagine most people never go back. The 4.7 star is clearly because the food was that good but I also imagine no one goes more than once. I don't suspect they will be a lasting presence in WDSM....

My aunt and I saw a ad on Facebook for Friday 8/30-Sunday 9/1, for thee all you can eat steak and crablegs. When we arrived 10 minutes early. We got seated promptly, the atmosphere was OK. The waitress came about 5 minutes after we were seated. She ran down her skit, and we ordered lemonade. Then went to the buffet. There was another table that was seated, who also had the same waitress. The waitress was Johnny on the spot with them. We had been there 25 minutes before we got the salt & pepper we asked for then and our lemonade. BUT the other table had their salads and drinks with water refills, & salt and pepper. Before we could even get our items. Then when we finally got her attention, she came to the table and had a smart mouth and comments when we reminded her that we were still waiting for our drinks. She began to state that she had to take care of the other table first. But what I didn't understand was while their salads were being made, she couldn't have brought 2 lemonades and salt & pepper? She only had the 2 (4top tables) totaling 6 people. Then from that point on she made it her business to antagonizingly keep coming to the table to report her every move I felt. After 30 mins and 1 plate there was no more crablegs, no steak, the Mac &cheese, corn was cold even tho they had burners going. The steak was MOOing, BOTH PANS! NEW & OLD!

The waitress came to the table and stated that the crablegs were being cooked and it would take 45 additional mins. Before they would be done. An hr later still no crablegs. We asked to talk to the manager and after 15 mins he came with the bill and we were charged $60.32 for 4 potato wedges, 2 spoons of Mac & cheese, a small corn on the cob. And 4peices of crab. The manager procreed to say they planned for Friday to cook 450 pds of crab but ended up cooking 650. And that they didn't have a back up vendor they had ran low on crab. And pretty much screw you and have a good day. PAY YA BILL! $60.32 and I went to this restaurant hungry and left hungry. Then ended up spending more money going to tastey tacos. 2 meals in less than 2 hrs. The math isn't adding up. If you went also during this weekend I hope you got to get full and enjoyed your meal.

BECAUSE WE SURE DIDN'T!!! And that's to bad because we like trying NEW restaurants and foods. And this was our 1st time. Sad thing is that whoever cooked the crablegs did a GREAT Job, they was cooked and tasted like perfect for what I...
