I had tried to order online my phone would not let me submit the order so I called in the order. I believe the person who answered is named Alexis. She was super rude and short on the phone. . I also ordered before for curbside. I drive a blue SUV. The guy who brought it out said next time choose the right color of SUV. He was super rude and had brought out the wrong order . He did not have my sprite pop that I had ordered. He was the one with the wrong order. someone else had ordered with a SUV to he’s like you don’t have a pop on your order when I did. It’s not a big deal but when your rude about it and in the wrong. So when he came out with the pop I told him he had given me the wrong order he didn’t even apologize. Unfortunately, my steak sandwich was soggy and disappointing. I mentioned it to the staff, but no remake was offered, and I didn’t push.
There were no other customers during my 15-minute visit, but most tables were still dirty and stayed that way. The trash was emptied, but the overall cleanliness didn’t match the store’s nice aesthetic and newer booths.
