Royal Gourmet Deli — Restaurant in West Hollywood

Walked into this “gourmet deli” only to be approached rudely by some older woman. Without so much as even a hello, but more so a what do you want? Zero customer service. Zero. Only came across this place as I was walking back home from my usual bakery place that’s apparently closed for renovations for the next 5 weeks. T & Y Bakery is always so warm and welcoming, no matter who’s working the counter. Not sure why this place has so much attitude. Bought a bottle of fake Prisoner wine here for $38 instead of $60 bucks in other stores. The real one from Ralph’s is on the left, their one is on the right. Asked them twice if the wine was real (we were concerned due to the price) and they said smth like “oh, our boss just buy huge batches”. Love prisoner wines and definitely can taste the difference. Stay away from their fancy wines....

Possibly the rudest customer service experience, I’ve ever had. I came in 10 minutes before closing, and while I was looking at different things to buy, I was told to leave.
