Another happy discovery in my new neighborhood. I asked a neighbor who grew up in India for her recommendation. Her instant reply was Indian Kitchen. The sophisticated yet simple decor, walls lined with multicolor pillows, is warm and inviting. We were welcomed by Raf, who answered our menu questions and advised us on spice/heat. We started with a creamy and delicious Vegetable Vegan Soup. My friend ordered the Butter Chicken (mild spice) with Paswari Naan. His go-to order is Butter Chicken and this one did not disappoint. I'm a BC newbie and it was love at first taste! The chicken was tender, but I'd be happy with a bowl (vat) of that amazing gravy!! and a pile of naan. I ordered the Lamb Biryani (medium spice) with Garlic Naan. Both of our naans were buttery and soft - and the size of an elephant ear! (Portions overall were generous, easily shared.) My biryani was very good. The lamb was tender, the rice deliciously spiced and the heat was perfect. I've never met bread I couldn't finish, but their giant naan did me in. We were served white rice but neither of us touched it. Finally, a shout out to Raf, our server and guide, who was friendly and attentive and made a terrific meal that much more enjoyable. 11/10 for Indian Kitchen! The comfortable room, reasonably priced delicious food and gracious service make for a most satisfying experience. I'm eager to try their weekday lunch specials, too.

I love Indian kitchen, but recently there is inconsistency. I really can’t tell if that’s oil on the bottom when I said no oil . I like going here because they usually make it healthier than other Indian restaurants, but For some reason, it's been more oily these past few weeks and not very attentive to special instructions. I am PRETTY sure the cook DOESNT follow it. I feel like they are more consistent only when the owner is there. Other than that , I still do recommend because the owner is very nice and so are the waiters. I'll still give it a few more tries before going down the road to curry kingdom. If you look at my photos, one has oil and one doesn't even though I wrote the same thing. All three photos are different. Also for some reason doordash pick up is more expensive than delivery which does not make sense. With that said, I still believe Indian kitchen has really nice staff and one of the better Indian foods. I just hope there is more consistency.

A little confused, and I don’t know if this is a regional thing, but I’ve always known kofta to be made from veggies and paneer. These seemed like bread. Completely white and bready on the inside. The green you see are bits of herbs but not a single pea or anything. The tomato sauce is of course good, even though I asked for medium spicy which was the 2nd highest option before hot and would say this is 0 spicy. Naan was good too but kind of unnecessary. With the breadiness of the kofta + rice, the naan was too much as far as like, too heavy of a meal. If I eat here again I’ll just get the paneer masala.

I'm very impressed of this location greeting service and seating arrangements absolutely beautiful on the inside please do not hesitate and check this location now I went ahead and got the fish Tandoori and garlic naan and some rice Next time you show up you'll probably want to try a different seating arrangement because they give you pillows where you sit and yiu just cant help yourself on trying another seat. You will be back. It's pretty interesting to say the least. An average glass of wine there is $7 very affordable for wine tasting if you felt like it. Also they have a beer there called the Taj Mahal which is also $7 since a. It's a little bit taller than all the other bottles of beer go ahead and give it a try. You will not be disappointed

Thank you to the Indian Kitchen for showing me love and respect.

Kudos and respect back in your direction

Pros: Amazing Service and an affordable menu to order off of.
