Starbucks is my “go-to” spot, since this location is is walking distance from my place, I am saddened to leave a bad review, but unfortunately that’s what this place deserves. I was there last weekend when the employees made the executive decision to close the shop at 4-4:30pm? It says they’re open till 10pm 🤷🏻♀️. They were so rude, argued with other customers even locked the door on them. I had already ordered my drink and paid extra for added ingredients, which were of course NOT added! But to add fuel to the fire, I was sitting inside (they already started bringing the chairs in…I was busy shoving the croissant down my throat as fast as possible since the women Baristas were glaring at me! I felt so uncomfortable being there, but had purchased a bunch of items, and had left my purse in my car 🤦🏻♀️ either way I somehow managed to grab the croissant I was not done eating, drink, car keys, phone, wallet, oh and the box of cranberry pastries I got there and walked out, trying not to spill my hot drink on myself while crossing the street at the traffic light. Earlier, I asked for a bag and one of them told me they were out of those… I wanted to argue w/her (since I saw the handles of the bags under her counter) but just didn’t have the energy. Needless to say I won’t be going there on the regular the way I used to… they need to change their hours of operation on their Yelp page… 🙄it still says they close at...
Read moreThis place used to be match more fun and customer friendly, before they have change the manager.
With the new management she have changed the crew and the vibe has been changed completely and it is less welcoming and customer friendly.
They used to had a great Baristas and super welcoming and friendly guys and gals, now they are cold and rude and slow. Barista like T.Y, Cameron, and Veronica the store manager, we even contacted their District Manger Jason Wong, but he didn't do anything about it, I wonder why they put card on the sugar bar for feedback if they don't listen.
The place is not as clean as it used to be, their outdoor seating is always filthy, the wooden door by the bathroom is cover with dust on the wood panels. You don't want to seat next to that panel or dust fall on your food and coffee.
They should know that Coffee Beans is right cross the street and they do not have a...
Read moreThis used to be the Starbucks I stopped at on my way to work. There's usually metered parking out front, so it's easy to use the mobile order app and just pop in real quick to pick up your order. Except it's usually very busy in the mornings, and the staff here have been unusually weathered by a particularly snooty clientele and have become just as snooty in turn. It is impossible to get a barista's attention, and when they do acknowledge your presence they don't care to actually listen to what you're saying.
Several weeks running it has taken the staff over 15 minutes to prepare my order, and lately they don't even care to prepare it correctly or completely. Spinach wraps are served cold in the middle and if you ask for "blueberry yogurt" you will likely be served a muffin.
I say this as a Starbucks barista from another store: go to the Coffee Bean...
