Update: Totally bizarre to receive a reply to my review prompting me to reach out to the building after three unsuccessful attempts over email, and multiple promises from the front desk that management would get in touch with me. In short, my internet doesn't work but no one is here to assist. This is what you can expect if you stay here.
Great staff and amenities. Unfortunately, the building forces you to purchase internet through one of the worst quality mesh internet services I've ever used.
My internet has gone down 5 times since I've moved in. Each time they come up with a cheap, hacky workaround that doesn't address the root cause.
They have half the building on a "temporary" (almost 6 months now) wifi network because the main network is glitchy, but now this new network is completely insecure. If you log in, you can see everyone in the building's Chromecast, TV, etc. In addition, anyone on the network is able to packet sniff and observe traffic of literally anyone in the building. Some corporate devices may reject connecting to this wifi network for that reason.
Internet support is also very low quality, the main team are offshore so if you need any hardware assistance you'll have to wait days or weeks before someone is able to come and assist.
I figure that perhaps management thought this would be simpler for residents, but the provider is so poor quality that the trouble is not worth it. I've also pointed out these specific issues multiple times but they don't seem to care.
Worth mentioning that you are forced to purchase an internet package -- you cannot use any other provider.
This building may be fine for you if reliable internet is not a major concern, but if you work from home or have to be online without interruption, I would seriously recommend you...

Shortly saying - Don’t bother to reach management if you have serious issues you will get only misleading responses for weeks, no honesty, they’re saying one thing smiling to you and then misleading you again. Also my walls and ceiling creaks like crazy when neighbor above just walking. You will hear every tiny little movement, specially at night.
If you want details: Manager Joey tried to convince me that it’s a regular noises in a wood frame building. But when I talked to Samuel before he ADMITTED they have construction issues (forgotten to put some foam in the floor) in another unit and SHOWED me the video with the noises EXACT THE SAME as we experience every day. What’s important he said they were in the process of fixing it. Imagine you didn’t sleep at night for weeks and you can’t get any adequate solution from the management, only misleading emails in response once in a few weeks saying we’ll see when this person above will move out and will go from there. The moving process was seamless, and communication with the management team and the front desk has been outstanding. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly professional and respectful.
The building itself is so peaceful—my place feels like living in a spa. It’s incredibly quiet; I’ve never experienced any noise issues. The neighbors are polite, and the entire community feels harmonious.
The amenities are another highlight. Everything is spotless, from the pool to the shared spaces. The management team clearly puts a lot of effort into keeping the building fresh, bright, and clean with non-stop upkeep. My favorite person from the management team is Myla!
