Great Jimmy John's location!

I have Celiac disease (severe gluten intolerance) and always order the "unwich" with lettuce. I informed one of the employees of this and my friends and I watched him clean off a counter, put down new paper, and change gloves, as well as giving me individual mayo packets so as not to use a jar that could've been cross-contaminated. I felt VERY safe eating here and appreciated that my food was made with such consideration.

Disappointed. Came in maybe 10 minutes after they opened. Didn’t get greeted and it was only me. I had to say goodmorning to the cashier. My sandwich was quick, by the time I got my drink it was ready. Sat down, opened my sandwich and the first and only thing I seen was pickles and cheese, where is the meat? I seen 3 small slices of meat. Went to the register and asked for extra meat and although I did offer to pay, they charged me almost $3. No thank you or apologizes. Bite into my sandwich and the bread was hard as rock. No way!...

Me and my daughters walked into this restaurant for the first time to try something different. The cashier seemed very unenthusiastic and clueless. After we ordered, the workers made the sandwiches all wrong. I asked for an 8 inch sub in half, with individual toppings on each. They first started making two of them.
