Crumbl — Restaurant in West Jordan

I'm going to be honest Ive never really like Crumbl. I have had them multiple time, mostly in times when I was desperate for cookie delivery. Whenever they arrived, I'd open that cleverly designed pink box and take part of what seemed like an old cookie. I've never really had one that tasted fresh, to me atleast. Time after time this happened. I'd try their specials, etc. I've had Crumbl maybe 5 or 6 times and each time was disappointing. They werent bad by any means, just kinda blah

Tonight I decided to give it a try cause I felt like cookies so I turned to Crumbl once again. I ordered their cookies. Sugar, Lucky Charms, Chocolate Chip, Lemon Poppy.

They were the most delicious cookies I've ever had. Truly. Best in my life. I dont know what the difference this time around was by my goodness both my wife and I could not stop. Generally we throw away 2 whole cookies becuase they werent worth keeping. This time we finished ALL the cookies in 24 hours! Maybe they were actually fresh? Maybe a tweak to a receipe? I dont know

The Lemon Poppy seed was off the charts. The sugar cookie had a fun and different flavor. It didn't taste like the weird Fizz sugar cookies. It had it's own unique flavor. The lucky charms didnt taste like lucky charms, as their were only like 2 marshmallows on top. I wish they would've baked marshmallows into the cookie itself instead if white chocolste chips (were they white chips?) Regardless it was good. The chocolate chip was still lackluster but much better than times before. I prefer Chip chocolate chip over Crumbl, but Crumble hit the jackpot this time. Their previous specials had been not very good.Like I had a waffle one once that was not good. ANYWYAY

Nevertheless this time was amazing and I will definently buy cookies again from Crumbl if they are this...

Walked in, cashier didn't say anything after I said hi, the person boxing the cookies was working on a different order, when she went to mine I said "excuse me" twice but was ignored she then placed the nasty dirty box on the counter, I opened it and said "can you finish the cookies?" The peanut butter cookies were missing the toppings, all the staff was being entertained by 2 teenagers that walked in yelling "I need my charger" to the point were she will give you bare cookies?, I asked her to change the nasty box full of chocolate on the bottom and she refused, saying it was fine she then walked away, I said "excuse me?" I was ignored, as they're having their little reunion I went and tapped on someone's shoulder and asked her to help me with a clean box, she was nice and changed the box and just to prove my point I wiped it and showed her how much chocolate was on the bottom of the box and powdered sugar, the tables are nasty and they don't change their gloves they wear they wipe them on their apron, I don't know if they're told to do this to save money but it's nasty. You could make the cashier wipe the counters when not taking orders and they don't need to wear gloves for that, place is nasty!!! Teens with attitude and then they want a tip. Won't be coming back...
