I entered, did not get addressed because the lady on the cashregister was on the phone taking an order. Which is understandable but im a doordasher trying to make a living so i couldn't wait for her to finish after already waiting 2 minutes. I made eye contact with a gentleman in the back and asked him "hi is the order on the counter the one I came to pick up, would you come check please?" He smiled and headed around to come look. As he did so the lady on the phone/cashier gave me a mad dirty look and had the nerve too stick her arm out pintch the air and pull her arm across imitating to zip my lips! I've never been so disrespected by someone that i didn't even address before in my life!!! It was at about 7:45-7:50pm on June 20th that the cashier behaved in this way and when I am done doordashing tonight I will be trying to contact management or tomorrow morning if they are closed...
Read moreWe love Rumbi food. This time though we had a bad customer experience. They said they did curbside delivery, but when we pulled up there was no designated place to park. Upon arriving at home we found a couple things wrong. They didn't give us an extra sauce, which was an extra cost, for one Hawaiian rice bowl, and they gave my spouse spicy teriyaki when it was ordered as original. Yes, these are small errors, but made a big impact on our experience.
Update: We gave Rumbi another try. We were contacted about the bad experience above and that really meant a lot. This next visit was as great as ever! Thank you Rumbi for making our...

It had the company logo on it so I thought it was legitimate. He wouldn't bend at all. I only ordered food for who I was with and I skipped eating at this unfriendly place. If there are illegitimate coupons out there, they should take it up with the company that promotes them or sue to stop them rather than taking it out on the customer. The least they could do is post a sign on the door stating which coupons they will and won't take. It was so aggravating going somewhere because of a coupon only to be told in a condescending manner that they're...
