Starbucks — Restaurant in West Jordan

Don’t go here! I regret it every time I do. The girl working here has the worst customer service/ attitude.

Today I went knowing the girl is blah, not the first time she’s rude. I ordered a iced vanilla latte for myself and my kids wanted a strawberry açaí and a mango dragonfruit drink. Paid and was told to stand on the sticker on wait. (I can see it don’t need to tell me to do it) my son had to use the restroom and went while I waited for our drinks. He comes back and he is told to stay with me. So I said he had gone to the restroom. No response from her. While I waited I noticed her making the drinks for the people behind. Why? She’s mad cause I said something? I waited at least 10 minutes for my kids drinks. We get in the car and the mango drink and strawberry drink were gross. Drinks that my kids get...

The baristas at this store were very mean to my sisters and I. After not receiving the right order, the cashier Bearnice started yelling from across the counter loudly that we ordered a pink drink when we ordered a strawberry açaí and they wouldn’t make us our correct drink. Eventually after just sitting there waiting for quite awhile, one of the girls took the pink drink and emptied it out and made our correct order. The cashier did not give me a receipt and they weren’t busy at all and were just messing around. When we called after to get the names of the baristas working, the lady hung up on us twice after asking for their names. We eventually called Target and asked a manager to go and get her name for us. We will never go to this...

I usually love coming to this location because of the friendly service. However, the barista working today was EXTREMELY rude. No greeting. I told her upfront that I had 4 drinks to order. I have her the first order - which she still has not said a word to me at this point. I then said that the next order would be the same for the next 3 drinks, proceeded with the order & said that is everything. She then gave me the look of stupidity and said, "Only two drinks?" So I explained that the other two drinks were the same as the last drink order. Apparently I wasn't speaking English as she still didn't understand so I had to give her the exact same drink order three times.... Which ended the transaction with an eye roll from...
