Keese's Simply Delicious — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

My co workers always order from here so tonight I thought I'd give it a try....food is ok but what really has me upset is I placed the order and as I told the lady "BBQ Gyro" she answered back with "would you like to add side of fries for .99" my co worker said yes and I finished placing the order. Fast forward to delivery time and I see the BBQ gyro is not on the receipt so we laugh oh they forgot not a big deal for my co worker until I'm looking more at the receipt and see he's been charged for the .99 fries....so that means his order wasn't mistakenly forgotten!! So I call to speak to the manager and apparently on a busy Saturday night no one is in charge so I explain to the lady what happen and she tells me the BBQ Gyro doesn't exist so I ask how that's possible it's on the menu!?!? She tells me "only available in Ft. Lauderdale" ok so why wasn't I told that when I ordered or why didn't someone call me back?? At no time did she offer a way to make it up to us or offer to take his order for something else just got a "sorry". I personally won't be giving them anymore of my $ it's not worth the taste or the lack of customer service! We have made it our mission to support Keeses & City Pizza during Covid. Could go on without so many others but both always had outside dining & good food.

Keeses has The Best French Fries in town. Crisp potato filled steak fries. I recommend getting their garlic sauce for dipping if you truly want to know happiness.

Every item always exceeds expectations in quantity & flavor. Top faves are Chicken Shwarma platter & Vegetarian Combo platter, which comes with THE garlic sauce. Usually split the 2 to satisfy his love of meat & falafels and my veggie self loving grape leaves & dips.

They also make a decent Po Boy & Cheesesteak. If you've been to New Orleans, no the Po Boy isnt going to taste like that but I'm from Philly and The Cheesesteak was perfectly respectable before I went meat free.

Only saying so bc it's rare to find a place that can do delicious Mediterranean & bar food that tastes good sober.

I visited Keese's and got the Italian Supreme. The lady at the counter was very friendly and our food came out rather quickly. Upon receiving my order, I hadn't realized the sandwich was more of a cold sandwich (which I probably wouldn't have ordered but was good nonetheless). I have a lot of allergies so I had to ask if there were any allergens in the sandwich before ordering but was assured there were not. For some reason I was having a little reaction to the sandwich and asked again but was again assured none of the allergens I mentioned were in the sandwich. After I decided I thought it would be best to stop eating the sandwich, the cook saw that I wasn't satisfied and wanted to make sure I was so he asked if he could make another sandwich for me.
