No family friendly!!!!!! Good Italian food, experience server and very nice guy who helped us with food choices The disappointment was that we had a 1.5 y.o. Baby with us who had an excellent behavior during our dinner. I know my baby and I totally understand how annoying it could be, so we had a quick diner and I turn off the cartoons and snacks for the baby so he didn’t cry did scream at all. We were almost done actually but still thinking about desert but the restaurant team told us that that someone from another table or so told that our cartoon for the baby was too loud and bothered them and that those guests are very important ) so we just left. Will never go back. We saw how family friendly they . I was shocked because I know how I always do my best when I go outside with the baby to keep him quit and he was quiet. And I know I literally go outside with my baby so rare so it’s a celebration for us, cause I’m usually at home w the baby. OMG!! We just happened to be walking by, looking for a nice place to have dinner in Palm Beach and stopped at Santucci ristorante to inquire. The reception was friendly and welcoming to start and we loved the ambiance, joking with the manager when he stated that this was « the place » for real good Italian food. OMG, was he right. Everything, I mean everything was incredible. From the calamari’s appetizer quality and presentation to the main dishes (I had the Osso buco, best ever, wow!) to deserts (tiramisu and crème brûlée), everything was amazing. The service was friendly, personalized and professional as one can only hope for in a high end restaurant. The food for Florida is excellent as I know what is around. The best dish was the Scallop Sashimi by far whereas my scallop dish did not work as the gravy overpowered the delicate scallop flavor. The Clams A La Vongole was EXCELLENT and Seafood Fradiavolo was very good...Branzini (fish) looked superb and tasted fantastic... Dessert was good but nothing unusual. The one thing which really was NOT correct is the waitress hit my mom's head pretty hard with the corner of the dish. She brought her Ice directly. Accidents do happen....BUT it happened to be her BIRTHDAY celebratiion and she was not even comped a drink. Over the phone the man said they would have a little something special for her.
