Came into your store on Wednesday, Nov 15th around 1:15pm ordered a salad with some extra chicken and an Olipop Classic coke. Paid with my credit card an amount roughly around $27.00 and gave the person checking me out a couple dollars in cash for making my salad. What I failed to do at the time was pick up my 2nd credit card receipt and thought to myself when I left that I should have taken it because low and behold the person who cashed me out gave themselves a $25.00 tip! I have tried calling the restaurant, texting via their messaging service and to no avail. I have disputed the credit card charge in the hopes that someone from your restaurant will pick up the phone and make this situation right. To others reading this… don’t use your credit card at this store or if you do be sure and pick up your copy of the receipt and be sure if you give a cash tip that you make a zero or spell out zero on the receipt you leave because this will happen to you too. I am so disgusted with humanity after this violation! The audacity of this person to think I would not have noticed… shame on you, do better… happy to report that as of 11/21/23 at 9:48am this matter is being looked into and a credit is being issued for the fraudulent tip...
Read moreI purchased a Chicken Fajita Bowl with rice, black beans, corn, cabbage, grilled chicken, and the various sauces it comes with. Upon tasting the top of the bowl, the chicken, corn, and rice were luke warm. As I sampled the other food items, I discovered that the black beans were ice cold! Like they were just taken from the refrigerator!
Upon speaking to the young man who is the manager about the cold beans, he simply said that's the way they came, then he chuckled as he walked away from me!
As a loyal customer of other Sweet Green franchises in Massachusetts where I live, I knew that this was NOT how the beans were prepared. I also knew that as a manager, this young man of color displayed poor customer service! Not only did he lie about the proper food temperature, but he made no effort to remedy my dissatisfaction.
To simply turn his back and walk away was rude, dismissive, and unbecoming of one entrusted to a leadership position in company that prides itself on serving healthy food. I dare say if I were a Caucasian customer in this West Palm Beach Florida store, he would NOT have displayed such rude and dismissive conduct!
I would NOT recommend eating at the Sweet Green on South Rosemary in...
Read moreI was ignored when I walked in, stood at the order counter for a while, no welcome or even eye contact my way.
A minute later another customer walked in and was served first, even though they came after me which the three employees there obviously knew. I just looked at them a bit confused and mid way making the other customers bowl, they finally looked at me asked if I needed to order. Almost an annoyance at my staring.
I decided not to get a bowl because I have no idea why I was given poor customer service. ignored, then no smile or cordial acknowledgement even though I said NOTHING with a smile on my face the whole time. I was confused by the almost annoyance cuz I had not said or done anything rude, I work in customer service so I make it a point to never be rude and polite hoping for the best.
I am a young black woman with a fro, and the only one in the restaurant at the time so I can't think of any other reason for the poor service. Two women (Gabby) and one man behind the counter game me zero eye contact, zero welcome, and wanted to ignore me. Multiple customers came in while I was inside and, watching them give other customers greetings, smiles, and "how's your day"a that freely immediately...
