RH Rooftop Restaurant at RH West Palm — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

We made a dinner reservation for 8:45pm and maybe they just stop caring at the end of the night? I cried on the way home because this was our first date night in 6 months after having our daughter. It’s beautiful inside but only if you get sat in the main room. We got sat in one of the darker side room areas which was practically empty and the tables next to us had not been bussed/cleaned. They finally picked up the plates and glassware but didn’t wipe down the tables and left the checks and crumbs/food on the table. I have anxiety and I just kept hyper focusing on the dirtiness next to us. Then, our waiter completely disappeared. I’m breastfeeding so I had ordered a coke and I wanted a refill. Finally, when one of the hostesses walked by I told her it had been ages since our waiter checked on us. I watched her walk around looking for him and finally after about 5 minutes another waitress came over and helped us and told us he was caught up in the kitchen? As far as the food, the burrata was good, the artichokes were partly burned. My husband said his shaved rib eye was fine but oh my gosh my lobster roll was toddler sized! Finally, our waiter reappeared again at the end of our meal. We asked for the check and I couldn’t wait to leave because I was so upset at the entire experience. Imagine spending $175 and not even being able to get a single refill of your drink and be forced to sit next to dirty tables. This happened last night and I’m still so upset and frustrated that this was our experience. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place for a special night. If you do decide to go, ensure you go there earlier in the night or for lunch, get sat in the middle room and do NOT order the lobster roll. This place is only good for its ambience and is extremely expensive for the type of food they serve. It’s also absolutely not...

I was so excited to experience Brunch at RH! I had heard wonderful things about it. I have NEVER been so disappointed at a restaurant.

ALL of our food came out cold, but only 3 of us sent ours back. When it came back out it was still cold and the eggs were soupy and gross. We didn’t eat any of them. One of our guest didn’t get her food until after our 2nd attempt came out. We had to ask twice when could she expect her meal. My husband ordered the Ribeye, which was $38.00, and it was no more than 4oz! Ridiculous! The potatoes were cold and dry. I asked if I could get grilled onions with my potatoes, and the server told me, “I’m sorry but we can’t cross contaminate our food”! What?? We asked for crispy bacon and it was like a limp noodle! We were told that 3 of the meals would be removed from the check, but the only removed 1, but tried to be slick on the receipt so that it would confuse us. My mother asked them to pack up her food, and they literally just dumped the plate in a container! It was a mess! The toast was like a brick. They charged us $77.00 Gratuity on a $200.00 bill!!!! To “make up” for the issues, they brought dessert to the table. We repeatedly told our server that we didn’t want dessert. She didn’t care. She placed plates in front of all of us. Again, I asked her to remove my plate, that I didn’t want dessert, but she completely ignored me.

I wanted a hot meal, your dessert doesn’t correct the fact the we were served less than mediocre food. A perfect example of “all that glitters isn’t gold”! The only thing upscale about RH is the ambiance and the furniture.

11/10!!!! What an OUTSTANDING experience!! We both agreed that this was the BEST meal and experience that we had in all of Florida! If you think fancy places like The Breakers has good food (which they do), the quality of the food from RH Rooftop is even better and even more delicious!! Everything, absolutely everything was a fantastic experience from the car valet, walking into a breathtakingly GORGEOUS glistening building, riding the elevator up, and getting seated at such a romantic beautiful table at the rooftop. If you go here, prepare for a fancy romantic evening. Dress to the nines, make your reservation, and walk in with the positive mindset that you’re going to have a wonderful and delightful meal!! We got the peach bellini, mimosa, prosciutto platter with WARM CRUSTY BREAD YUM, a side of truffle fries, a burger (which we both agreed was the most flavorful amazing meat EVER). Everything was so fresh and all tasted like it was right out of the oven or or day 1 quality food (not sitting in the fridge for over a day). It was flat thin burgers which usually we don’t like but the quality and taste of the meat had a pepper swing to it which just made our mouths water. I have allergies which our waiter Kevin was amazing with because he was able to get me a lobster roll on sourdough bread to avoid my dairy allergy. It was incredible also. We loved absolutely everything. Then we walked around outside to a stunning view, there were other couples having romantic moments also, and we just felt so fancy and excited to be there! We went home raving about the experience, and have already posted on Instagram and TikTok about this place and have shared it with all our friends and family. We cannot wait to go back...
