I dined at the West Palm Beach location on April 17, 2018 in the evening. After leaving this establishment, I can say that I was extremely upset with the management here. If I could give it 0 stars, I would, but I guess one star will do. To begin with when my family and I entered (we are a family of 4), there was a delay and taking our order. After ordering our food, my family and I sat at a table and began to eat but we thought was going to be an amazing meal. However, it was not so. What happened was that my mother needed a sweetened drink immediately as her dietary restrictions and digestive system require her to reach a stable blood sugar level. We all had cups of water but in order for my mother to be quickly stabilized we proceeded to quickly pour less than an ounce of a sweet drink into one of our empty cups of water. Sadly, One of the employees there immediately rushed to our table and threw not one but all of our cups of water into the trash can in front of our eyes. My mother never got to drink the half ounce of her drink and we were forced to leave the restaurant in hopes of getting her stabilized somewhere else, as this establishment failed to let us do so. My mother felt so weak, and discriminated and she proceeded to say that her nice night out was ruined. I cannot believe that this restaurant would take away a paying customer's drink even if it was needed for medical purposes. Read moreI am so unbelievably dissatisfied with the service I've just received. I ordered a regular hamburger, as well as the "Oh My Chocolate Concrete." I've ordered this shake before, and, although I know this isn't the type of shake someone can use a straw with, I know it also should not be a block of ice. It looked like someone threw it in a -30 degree freezer for an hour, and then tried to serve it to me (which, from my conversation with the manager, is probably what happened). So, the manager and I went back and forth for about 10 minutes, in which case she told me I was wrong on numerous occasions. She explained to me that this is their process; Delivery Dudes places the order, and they freeze the shake in the meantime. That's fine, but when I have an inedible block of chocolate ice, how am I supposed to be pleased? Still wanting my shake, I asked if she could pay for the new one, on top of the delivery charge. Delivery dudes charges $5+$2(for charging my credit card). She said she'd only be willing to pay for the new shake and "not to blame her if it comes to me melted, because she warned me about why they have to freeze the shakes". So, now I have to pay an additional $7 for an order I've already spent $23. Not to mention the fact that after the matter, when looking at my receipt, the order was placed for a mini shake. Read moreI had a terrible experience today, but I’ll get to that later. Overall this place has mediocre, sometimes good sometimes a soggy greasy mess, kind of food. It’s nearby so I stop by more often than I should. Today I ordered, paid, and waited for a burger that in the end I was told they couldn’t make. So they offered me a refund. No “sorry for wasting your time”, no mention of inconvenience (it’s the least you can do if you wasted a customers’ time). When they processed the refund they gave me back less than what I paid and I showed the team lead, Tevon, the receipts. He saw that the refund was for less and that I was still owed more money, but instead of correcting the situation and giving me the opportunity to leave quickly since I had already wasted my time and was foodless, he told me to step to the side and that her handle it later. When I asked him to complete my refund so i could be on my way he got aggressive and insulted me in front of customers. I was a bit shocked so I simply left. I called to her the managers name and was laughed at by the workers who picked up the phone. Told that I had nothing better to do and hung up on. What city are we in??? This doesn’t happen in WPB.
