3/14/24-My 2nd fabulous Visit in the new location… I sat at the outside Bar which is completely covered and has a nice cross breeze.. Vilma once again was the bartender/server extraordinaire! Friendly and welcoming!!! All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable! Vilma even remembered exactly what I ordered the last visit! Last visit I had the Quattro Fromage pizza- which is insanely delicious! I highly recommend! I actually have ordered almost everything on the menu over the last 5 years since I moved back here… today I ordered the Roasted Beet salad! Omg! A huge portion and absolutely delicious! Filled with sweet beets, Gorgonzola cheese, toasted hazelnuts and arugula! Absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend! It was lunch time and fairly busy during high season and spring break! My order arrived in a timely manner and I enjoyed my Drink-an Old Fashioned! May have been the best one I’ve ever had! Vilma is a master at crafting cocktails! I look forward to my next visit!! I even recommended 3 tourists from Texas who asked me where they should eat.. they are here for a Spring Training Astros game and saw me leaving the restaurant! They were seated outside and were very happy! 1/2/24-New Year’s Day early family dinner before attending a Kravis Center performance and it was perfect!! Great service, delicious food and beautiful ambience! I wish I knew our server’s name! An older gentleman was fantastic! He was attentive and amazing! Everyone who watched over our table was amazing! Our original reservation was for another restaurant in City Place but it had an unfortunate accident and had to close. Il Bellagio took us in immediately! Thank you! I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and I added shrimp. Creamy hot and perfectly cooked! Huge portion!! So many shrimp! My sister ordered the tortellini and my brother in law ordered the Linguine Fruita de mere and also perfectly cooked and a huge portion! Easily the best value restaurant in Downtown West Palm Beach! Extremely affordable! A delicious bottle of Chardonnay!! Delicious bread! Our new favorite restaurant in town! I highly recommend! 5 years ago-My first experience was just before Christmas and we sat right by the Tree outside. Amazing service very attentive and professional. We started with the calamari appetizer and it was delicious! I had the pasta with four different mushrooms.. truly amazing.. full of creamy flavor.. cooked perfectly. The bread takes you on a Journey to Italy with its crunchy goodness.. and they keep it coming.. I’m Italian and Greek heritage and food is important to me and I’m a great cook and this is the best Italian food I’ve had in Florida. The atmosphere is warm and romantic... I highly...

As a local Palm Beach realtor and combat veteran specializing in helping other veterans, I recently had the absolute pleasure of dining at Il Bellagio after a truly special real estate closing. The day was already emotional, as my client, a veteran herself, had finally achieved her dream of buying a home after years of hard work repairing her credit following a difficult divorce. We decided to celebrate by stopping at Il Bellagio in West Palm Beach, and I am beyond glad we did—it was nothing short of magical.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Alex, who radiated genuine kindness and positive energy. His warmth and hospitality felt like something straight out of a movie, the kind of exceptional service you only see on the big screen. It was real, it was sincere, and it made us feel like we were exactly where we needed to be to celebrate such a special milestone.
Our waiter, Emilio (I believe that was his name), continued the exceptional service with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. We felt so comfortable in the environment, surrounded by people who seemed genuinely happy to be there. It's clear that the staff is treated well, and that energy translates directly to the customer experience.
Now, the food. I had the Salmone Luna Maria, which was honestly the best salmon dish I’ve ever tasted—perfectly cooked salmon in a rich lobster brandy cream sauce with sautéed shrimp. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. My client, the veteran, was moved to tears four different times during the meal, and the last time was when Alex and Emilio surprised us with a heavenly tiramisu to celebrate her new home. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already unforgettable day.
This restaurant made us feel like we were on cloud nine. From the food to the atmosphere to the impeccable service, everything was beyond perfect. Il Bellagio made an emotional and monumental day even more special. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you want great food, incredible service, and an unforgettable experience, Il Bellagio is where you need to be.
Thank you for making our day magical, Alex, Emilio and the entire team at Il Bellagio! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Read moreWhat a disappointment. Went with friends and had never been here before. We had a table outside. The weather was beautiful and it was just before dusk. There was a (garage) band playing very nearby that was so loud and so aweful we couldn't hear each other much less our servers. We put up with this talentless noise untill we were half way through our meal and the groups changed to something more tolerable, although just as loud, with what sounded like a female vocalist. Is you are looking to converse with the people you are eating with, DO NOT GET AN OUTSIDE TABLE! THERE WILL BE NO CONVERSATION, at least none you will be able to hear or understand!
The service was good. Not bad, not excellent, just good. Things might have been different had we been able to hear eack other.
The food, the reason for our being here, was very pedestrian and nothing to make any of us want to go back. The stuffed artichoke uas grossly undercooked. The stuffing was OK, but the artichoke was hard, and only 1/4 if the meat on the leaves would come off. When you pay $15.00 for an artichoke, you should be able to eat all of it, not 1/4 if it. I wanted something simple so ordered spaghetti bolognese, a simple meat sauce. There was also a carbonara dish, lamb chops, filet mignon, etc. A good mix from the menu. NOT ONCE DID ANYONE AT THE TABLE UTTER THE WORDS, "This is delicious", or even "This is good". Truth be told, everything tasted like the same thing... Salt, lots and lots of salt. No other flavors, no other herbs or spices, just salt! I did hear that the filet mignon was tender. Not good, just tender. For what they charged it had better be tender! Prices were high and that would have been acceptable had the food been good. We had a regular coffee and a cappuccino after dinner. That was also a major disappointment as well. The coffee looked and tasted like it was left over from the previous evening, it looked like mud and didn't taste much different. The cappuccino was just the opposite, looking and tasting like water. The color of a very weak tea with a little milk in it and completely devoid if any flavor what so ever. This very expensive dining experience was a major fail, in every respect. We will not return as there are way too many excellent restaurants in the area to enjoy and support. This place needs to get its act together, we enjoyed nothing...
