Today I had a very bad experience at this location, I was picking up a delivery orderand from the moment I got to the counter all the employees seemed to ignore that I was standing there waiting for them to at least turn to look at me, I waited patiently for the employees to tell me "hello" "how can I help you", but that never happened, none of them were kind enough to assist me, I was standing there in front of them for at least 12 minutes and no one spoke to me, until I was already tired, I told to a yellow shirted employee named "Meml", that I was picking up a order and the name, to which he answered "uh-huh" without even turning to look at me, with an attitude like saying that he didn't care, to which I responded what "uh-huh" means? It's my order no ready yet? And he answered "no ma'am" rolling his eyes upward, as if it bothered him to have to give information about my order, at this point I was really upset by this employee's bad attitude, and lack of respect, added to the excessive waiting time, and being ignored by the rest of the employees. Another 10 minutes passed in which I had to continue standing there waiting for them and being ignored without having any information about my food. Until I asked to another employee "do you know if my order it's going to take longer? Because I've been waiting too long, and I saw that other orders have came out and mine hasn't", and he answered me "your order has been ready for a long time, but you have to make your coffee yourself" giving me an empty cup, and pointing some bags that where behind the counter. At that point I was already really angry, because they kept me standing there waiting for 20 minutes without giving me any information, ignoring me standing in front of the counter, and telling me that my order wasn't ready when in fact It was ready the whole time without anyone telling me or giving it to me. The employees there need good training in the process of take y give orders, and specially in customer service, they are rude and disrespectful, and they don't care about the customers. Read moreCame in around 11:40am on June 11 2023 to use a welcome reward for a free bagel & shmear with purchase. I stood around thinking you ordered before going to the register and so did the person behind me. It wasn’t until he asked twice where we were supposed to order that they said the register. Also I was told when I asked to use a welcome reward, it had to be done only thru a mobile order. I was surprised since a lot of other companies in general, you can just order in person and use the reward. They seem very disorganized and not customer service focused. Not a single employee seemed helpful and just focused on their one task. It takes 2 seconds to look up and see a customer just standing there looking at you and be like hey you order up there. I stood around for about 15 mins and watched like 10 people get their orders before me before I asked and the employee was like did you check over there? And pointed to my mobile order just sitting on the shelf. I had no idea how the mobile order worked because no one explained where you’re supposed to pick it up or said anything to me even after the man said I had to make a mobile order, it doesn’t show what you’re supposed to do on the app and I didn’t even see an email…. Read moreI came in on Monday to get a bakers dozen along with the shmear. As per normal, I ordered my regular dozen which includes the spinach bagels. I scanned my app and to my surprise the total came up to $24.57. Umm, puzzled I asked why. The young lady said because it’s .80 for each spinach bagel. I’m sorry, but when did this transpire? The manager came to explain it to me and asked if I knew. I told him no and he still said he couldn’t give it to me for the Monday special price because spinach bagels are now considered gourmet as of two weeks ago. However, even if I did have to pay .80 per the 6 bagels I ordered my total should have been $21.43 with tax. I’m so over this location!! I drove far to come to this location. He took the bagels and told the nice young gentleman to take them out, but replace them with the other bagels I had. I never told him which bagels I was going to get instead. However, since this rule just came down from CORPORATE according to him (first he said it shouldn’t have ever been apart of the deal, then he said it’s been like that for a long while, then he said for two or three weeks).
