When I walked in, the cashier did not say hi, just said, "What can I get for you?" I ordered my sandwich with all the freebies and extra oregano, oil, and extra peppers... my sandwich only had tomatoes, lettuce, and 4 single thin onion rings. I barely had any oil and oregano and no peppers. I asked one of the associates to please give me a side of peppers, and her answer was, "Yes, why? So, I explained I did not get any in my sandwich, she looked confused, and then gave me the peppers. Then, another associate was mopping the floor (more like getting the floor wet) she got the mop out and started "mopping" at the front door and then went across the side of the building leaving the floor wet and not drying it. An older customer was getting ready to leave and had to be super careful to walk on the wet floor. It is very unsafe to "mop" the floor, not knowing an accident can happen. Read moreUnbelievable!! I have order from JJ's since 2010. It should be the same as any JJ's you eat from. But this one here just chapped my hide. It took about 20 minutes to get to me. Not too bad, even got a call updating me. But what really got it was I got my sandwich and the end of the bread was hard. So I called back and told the guy that answered the line about my bread. He asked me if they could remake it. I asked him if the other bread was going to be softer and he replied that it's going to be the same bread I already got. Totally didn't expect that. I asked him again if it was going to be softer and he replied he didn't know. So I said "you can't walk over to the bread and tell me if its softer". He replied no we haven't made any more today. Read moreI called to place an order as I usually do when it’s a chaotic work day and I can’t leave my office. The employee confirmed my name and address and asked if I wanted to order the same as I usually do. I said yes and she verified it and said the driver should be there in about 10 minutes. 30 minutes went by and nobody had shown which has never happened. I called to inquire on my order and the employee said there is no order under your phone number for today. I informed him of the time on my call log hoping that might help narrow it down. He kept me on the phone for several minutes while he browsed and then continued to state that there wasn’t an order placed. I kindly told him that I would take my business elsewhere and thanked him.
