Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in West Valley City

At 1am at 4/22/18. We had called to see what time they would be closing. I man answered very Rudely and condescending to us saying that this was a prank call we try to explain to him that this was not a prank call and that we just wanted to order pizza he ended up mocking us and telling us that they were closed we ended up calling again to speak to the manager as he claims that he was the manager and we try to explain to him that Google is saying this with a Pizza Hut express he didn’t mark this again and told us that this was Taco Bell we explained that that is not what Google was telling us but again he was unprofessional and was not willing to...

We used to love this location but it has gone so downhill in the past month we won't be ordering from them every again.

I attempted to order last week and the delivery time changed from 40 minutes to 80 minutes. I did call and speak with a manager who apologized and refunded my order.

Today we placed an order and received an email that it would arrive at 1:35pm, it is now 2:30pm and I just got a text that the delivery will be made by Doordash but will take ANOTHER 20 minutes.
