At the end of May 2025, my daughter and I walked into Arby’s around 8 o’clock now I believe they don’t close until 10 if I remember correctly, so as we walked in the door and we walked up to the counter, the lady behind the counter while she’s staying next to the fryer Commented loudly that she can’t believe this, and she started turning a bunch of machines back on as if she had already shut them down for the night, I looked at my daughter, and I said to her I think we should go, and as we began to walk out, she walked up the counter said can I take your order? Well, we were both hungry and I decided against my better judgment to order anyway even after witnessing her attitude concerning us coming in, we placed our order and then we waited when our food was ready we sat down and we began eating. I noticed that the young lady behind the counter came out, went to the front door and locked it. I thought it was kind of interesting considering that the store was not closed yet. As I walked to throw our trash away near that door, I heard her say don’t you dare unlock that door! I don’t think she knew that I could hear her. I told my daughter I said let’s just exit out the other door that I did not see her lock. As we exited the restaurant I thought well maybe we came in right before closing so I looked at the door where they post their times of operation. Sure enough there was about. Two hours before closing. So I’m not too sure what was going on, but we were made to feel very unwelcome. I’ve noticed that fast food Is becoming more. And more Like this where young people who work there feel entitled to throw attitude at the customers. And I know that some customers can be a handful, but we had merely walked in before we started receiving attitude. I don’t remember the young lady’s last name. I do know that maybe she was having a bad night and just wanted to go home early, but you don’t treat customers that way and you definitely don’t close a...
Read moreSolid three stars. Not great, not bad, but is just fine. Hits a spot, and I would return again if I were craving an Arby's roast beef sandwich, which is all one could ask for. The biggest negative is my standard complaint about most Arby's, and it's that if I didn't double check and insist on sauces before pulling out after receiving my food, I would have gotten no sauces at all, and that plain roast beef needs sauce. They skimped on the napkins, too. We came just at the end of the lunch rush and there were several cars in the drivethru, but they got us through in a reasonable amount of time. The drivethru employees were polite. The fountain soda tasted fine. The curly fries were fine. I feel like I should get a little more roast beef for the price, but it wasn't egregious or anything. Solid Arby's this...
Read more4/23/2022 Drive thru Rude order taker! Order processor got order wrong! Order "cook" burnt the chicken! All the bread from 5 sandwiches was hard! Ordered a reg roast beef, got a "stale bread, beef and cheddar with about 4 slices of meat"!
09/06/24 Ordered a $7.79 smoked brisket. The bacon was raw and very little brisket.. Sorry.
And the workers want $15 an hour or more! Close the store would be simpler!
Update May 1st I filled out the form on the 24th and as of today still no response back from Arbys. just more prove they do not care about the customers and any feedback..
Update 07/06/23 What a sorry excuse for a fast food place. Overpriced food served cold and curly fries that are only...
