Never have I ever had a worst experience at a restaurant. As we enter there are three employees all conversing at the host stand and don't acknowledge me and my dad. After a moment, one asks what can I do for you. I kindly request a table for two and they are so disorganized with empty, but un-bussed tables throughout, she has to peek around the corner to say she has a spot for us. She "sprints" to the table, sets menus down and utensils and walks away prior to us even making it to the table. We get to the booth, the table was not wiped down, the menus were caked in food debris and our server didn't make it to our table for 12 minutes. The floor was dirty and staff just walking by straw wrappers, food debris, and linen on the floor - no care to maintain a clean restaurant. A truly great first impression...cough, cough. At that point he comes over, apologizes for the delay and begins fumbling with his tablet. When we go to order, the server takes forever to ring in our entrees. He gives us a script on the beers, asks if we want apps, asks if we want drinks in which we only want water and iced tea. He proceeds to ring that in and leaves the table though we were ready to order our food. He comes back and it takes him nearly 5 minutes to ring in just two entrees. How does someone who is given a section of at least 10 tables it seemed be so inept on ringing in orders on his handheld POS.

The food came out, the Brussels were un-seasoned, the garlic veggies were bland and...where's the garlic - not even an aroma present. The steak was well well done when we ordered medium well. The power bowl had no flavor and arrived with dirty food finger prints all over rim of the bowl. We requested A1 because the steak was so overcooked and we weren't going to wait for a refire, but the server delivers an empty bottle. At this point we are over it, try to eat quickly and leave. Oh, can't forget to share the S&P shakers were disgusting and not wiped - if they can't keep the FOH clean can you imagine the kitchen?

Lastly our server acts frustrated when we go to pay in cash. Yet all this and we still tip over 20%. No wonder corporate restaurants are tanking. Will...

Do NOT use for takeout!! We tried this BJ's twice for takeout, and were very disappointed both times.

First takeout problem was for catering for a party of 30: ordered and paid online at least 2 weeks in advance, and arranged time for us to pickup ourselves. First problem was that it was not ready on time, and had to wait about 1/2 hr - not good when you have guests waiting for their dinner to arrive. Second problem was that they put ALL the food in plastic containers, even the hot food even though pictures on their website for catering shows hot food in foil containers. This was not discovered until we started unpacking the bags. We had purchased a set of buffet sterno burner warming trays but now had no way to use them to keep the hot food warm. Third problem was that one dish contained brussel sprouts and carrots that were not cooked enough, making them difficult to eat with plastic utensils. I did speak to the manager about this after the event, and he was sincerely apologetic, and compensated us by giving us a combination of cash and a courtesy gift card to the restaurant.

Second takeout problem was for a meal for 4 people: placed an order online for pizzas and appetizers totaling about $80, arranging again for us to pickup ourselves in about an hour from when the order was placed. We arrived about 10 minutes after the set time, but order was not ready. The restaurant did not appear to be busy at all, yet we had to wait again about 1/2 hour for our order. We used our courtesy card for the payment, and that part went smoothly at least. But when we got home, none of the food was hot or even barely warm. It tasted like it had been sitting for awhile, actually.

In both cases, the food itself tasted well seasoned (that's the only reason I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1) and most likely would have been great IF it had been kept warm as one would expect. It appears the staff just does not understand how to properly coordinate preparing food for taking out! We definitely will not ever get take out from them again, and doubtful we will even dine...

I was here awhile back and it was bad service. Came today because my daughter wanted to have dinner here with her spouse and kids and her sister and so on. Service was good as we were a party of 12. But two of the ice waters had weird white particles on the bottom of the glass. I noticed after already taking a drink. They were out of the three coarse meal, the prime rib. So me and my daughter got the ribeye at the waiters suggestion. My rib eye was tough with a lot of gristle. The white cheddar mashed potatoes were room temp. The asparagus was good and warmer then the potatoes but not hot from the stove. I feel like they are letting certain foods sit on the plate for a while as they are cooking the steak and other foods. It should all come out hot! Not some warm, some hot, some sort of hot. The waiter did mess up one Order, that was supposed to be half rack ribs and steak. He only brought the ribs. Other big issue is the women’s bathroom. The door stalls open inwards so the door hits the toilet. Most the doors do not lock even though they appear to lock. One toilet didn’t flush properly and most the faucets would not turn off completely unless you turn the handle in several directions. So many people left the water running. There is no place to set your carton of food in the stall as when I was leaving I had to make a quick restroom stop. I didn’t want to leave it out in the sink counter as it was wet. I always heard if the bathroom in a restaurant is dirty and bad repair or not kept up them so will be the kitchen. Heard this from top chef and top restaurants. Again expectations of this place was not as you would expect. It is pricey too. For two people and 4 drinks...
