Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Westminster

As a regular customer who enjoys Jersey Mike’s food and service, I believe that maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is crucial for the overall dining experience.

During my recent visit, I observed that the ceiling tiles had dust hanging from them, which is quite concerning. Additionally, the floors behind the counter appeared messy (with lettuce, etc.) which raises concerns about the hygiene standards maintained in the food preparation area.

I understand that managing a busy restaurant can be challenging, but I hope that management will address these cleanliness issues promptly. Ensuring that the ceiling tiles and floors are regularly cleaned will not only improve the ambiance of any restaurant but also reassure customers about the hygiene standards the business uphold. I was so happy when we finally got a Jersey Mike's in Westminster. They are the bomb when it comes to subs and blow Subway and Firehouse completely out of the water!! The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh as each sub is ordered and piled sky high. All vegis and sub rolls are super fresh as well. My go to is the #13 Original Italian "Mike's way". (Toppings are on the menu board). I personally can only eat a mini, although they come in regular, and giant size which would be enough for 3 people. The Big Kahuna and Chipotle Cheesesteak are excellent as well. They are busy but the line moves right along, and they have a few tables to eat in if you want, or order ahead if you're in a hurry. The only negative is the price. $6.80 for the mini and it goes up from there. But...you get what you pay for and Jersey Mike's is worth...

Very friendly customer service. I called ahead of time to ask if this location offered the gluten free bread bc I have celiac. (Also bc I was driving and not able to get on the app to look myself) They were helpful and honest. When I got there to order the staff was knowledgeable on gluten free and explained they’d do their best to accommodate me, even asking if this was for an allergy or preference showing genuine concern. Sub was great tasting, made well and bread was fresh (sometimes I’ve been to mikes in nj and their gluten free wasn’t fresh probably bc it doesn’t get ordered often) and I felt listened to and served well as a customer who will definitely be returning to and recommending this location.
