Staff was very disorganized inside. Orders were tossed in a bunch on the counter, meals got mixed up, staff was having a hard time even listening to one order. Ordered a plain cheeseburger, got a chicken patty with ranch and lettuce. The cashier refused to answer any questions about the menu and was rude throughout the whole transaction. When confronted about the incorrect order, staff insisted they were right, refused to own up to their mistake, and argued rather than just fixing the order. I was able to hear employee conversations that were not professional at all and while they talked they did no work at all. They stopped working, talked, then took a long time rereading orders. Manager was mingling with customers instead of helping the customer that was trying to correct their order. One of the workers couldn't see the menu and was openly complaining about not being able to see anything because they didn't have their glasses. Saw another family order and they were waiting for 10 minutes for 3 bags of food. Then they had to correct the order. The place itself wasn't properly cleaned. There were stains on the trash can counter and trash laying around everywhere. The condiments were nearly empty, too. All around frustrating with unprofessional staff. Read moreThis place is poorly run. Store needs a makeover both from it's physical appearance and from a staffing level. Teammates are not happy to be here, no greeting when placing a order, disgruntled facial expressions. Manager has no sense of urgency. I also witnessed the cash drawer not have enough money to break a $50 bill so the employee got the manager to get change from the safe and the manager had to use a calculator to figure out what the proper change was $25-$23.17 ( the total had disappeared from the screen). I think as a minimum requirement to run a fiscally responsible business you should be able to do basic math in your head. There were four people in line in front of me it took 15 minutes to place an order. It's a shame too because their food is actually really good from a fast food stand point, but at what cost? Read moreI normally recieve good service at this location (Westminster MD) I could not believe from the drive through window, I could see the young lady making sandwiches on the counter with no gloves on. The service at the window was fine and the cashier asked, I'm sorry did you need anything else, after handing me the bag with sandwiches that were not even slightly warm, unmelted cheese (which okay I could have warmed up at home but the store was still open for another hour). AGAIN - The person building the sandwiches had NO GLOVES ON. Oh well I had already paid on the app so money wasted. To say the least, this was not a good visit to this location.
