Starbucks — Restaurant in Weston

⭐ 1-Star Review I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Starbucks location in Weston, FL. I placed a mobile order and arrived well before closing time — only to find the doors locked. The posted store hours clearly showed they should be open for another 8 hours, yet they had shut down early. A handwritten sign on the door claimed they were closing due to being "understaffed," but I could see four employees inside doing nothing to assist customers.

Even worse, customers who were already inside were kicked out and left frustrated, standing outside and warning others that mobile orders weren’t being fulfilled. Everyone who walked up was confused and upset — rightfully so.

This location, like other Weston Starbucks I've visited, has become unreliable. Poor customer service, declining product quality, and unclean stores have become the norm. It’s clear that management and corporate have lost control of their Weston operations.

Starbucks used to be dependable — now it’s just disappointing. If you’re considering this location, do yourself a favor and...

8:30 AM Sunday morning.. good tunes playing, super friendly young man at the counter. However, as usual for most stores in my area, there was NO DECAF. The barista said manager doesnt keep it brewed. I had the time so I waited for him to make a pour over. Not to long ago they didn't charge if you had to wait for them to make your coffee.. not anymore. Dunkin Donuts ALWAYS has decaf brewed, they even have a batch standing by for when the existing one runs out. I've been corresponding with Starbucks customer service about this but still no one has taken any action about it. I much prefer the taste of their decaf over Dunkin but if I'm pressed for time I go to Dunkin. Starbucks manager's lack of concern about this kind of loweres my positive vibrations for my coffee...

Please don’t leave the 3 guys alone from the 3 visits I did when they were there the 3 were a complete disaster...... I do a mobile order every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday... people there knows me and I order 10 mins prior getting there cause I run before work..... with this 3 guys I can’t make it: Day 1 with them they didn’t had the order late to work..... Day 2 with them they didn’t close the lid and the coffee got spilled all over me so late to work cause I had to go back home and change clothes..... Day3 with them they didn’t had the order and with me standing there they were just doing the orders after me that were in person....... Please!
