My order was incorrect. The time in which I picked up my mobile order, the location was pretty busy. The barista handed me the drink pretty quickly, looking a bit nervous as he handed me the drink. I asked for confirmation the order it was a Nitrobrew . He quickly confirmed and considering I was in a rush and the location had a concerning amount of individuals waiting inside for their drinks, I decided to head back to my car. The parking at this location is limited and one way so I figured I would call the store and advise my mobile order was incorrect and requested a refund. Ironically enough, the same barista answered the call and acknowledged he knew the order was incorrect and âapologizedâ for the inconvenience. He kept on trying to rush me off the phone saying he couldnât give a refund, placed me on hold âto see if he could do anythingâ even though on the phone you could hear attending to other orders. After the silly hold where he forgot to actually mute and did virtually nothing or discussed on my order, he came back with the option of âif you come back to the store, you may be able to get a refundâ (not even a guaranteed refund) you would think that was the last horrible suggestion this employee offered. But no, he then recommended going to a completely different starbucks to see if I could get the correct drink?
This location needs to retrain their employee to understand how to handle orders that are not processed correctly. Nervously spewing sentences and not actually providing a solution is not great...
   Read moreI stumbled upon this gem of a Starbucks while in the area looking for a place to have lunch. What immediately caught my attention was the breathtaking water views and the fact that they still offer the Sugar cookie seasonal flavor, which happens to be my favorite.
I decided to place a mobile order, and to my delight, it was prepared rather quickly. Upon entering the store to pick up my order, I was pleased to find that it was clean and well-maintained. Despite a few other customers inside, it wasn't overly crowded, making for a pleasant experience overall.

Nobody should have to work in this environment without protection from vulgar customers using racial slurs. People like Jill are in a position to prevent and protect her employees as well as show Starbucks core values but Jill has failed to do that for over a year creating an extremely toxic work environment at this location. Starbucks, you need to touch base with Jill for racial sensitivity training as well as obvious consequences for ignoring the harassment her employees have faced in her store.
