Late review been busy. Walk in 1-25-2022 6:00pm order extra most pepperoni and crazy bread I was told it was 10.53 I had only a ten dollar bill on me they had a sign that uses exact change. I said let me run and get 53 cents. I run a get it from my car run back in drop it on the counter and the same girls is helping the next customer. I assume she put in my order she tells me" oh wait he was before you .mind you it was me and one other woman in that store no one else .Then she says what did I order I said wow in under a minute you didn't place my order helped the next customer and forgot a simple order she then put in the wrong order and gives me back $1.10 I said really I had to go to my car for exact change per your sign and now you are giving me change back. I told her she should have placed the order and not assume I was not going to give her .53 cents and everything would be fine I asked how long she said 15 min wait In that 15 min she screwed up 5 orders I asked her if she is knew she could have said yes it would have made it better instead she rolled herd her eyes at me after I told her she has the worst customer service in 15 min she had the worst service and screwed up 5 orders every single person had to get recharged and she kept telling the customers no you didn't order that....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an order today for delivery and it was missing a few items. I had also requested for the order to be handed to me once it arrived to my home but the driver just placed it on the floor on the the porch in front of the door and didnāt bother to ring the doorbell. By the time I realized the order had arrived it had been sitting there for 15 minutes so it was also cold. I tried calling the store but there was no answer and I kept getting transferred automatically to their corporate customer service department who then tried to transfer me back to the store which again never answered. I was upset that I had to drive to the store to get this resolved. When I arrived, āAdamā, the cashier assisted me. He was extremely professional, calm, and didnāt get defensive at all. He apologized and offered to refund my whole amount, without me having to ask for any sort of compensation. He still gave me the missing items as well. The 5 stars is for Adam and Adam alone. Definitely not for the driver that screwed up my order, and definitely not for corporate who kept transferring me back to the store. Props to Adam for handling the situation the way he did and being professional. Everyone screws upā¦.God knows I do. Itās how you recover from it that mattersā¦.hence the 5-Stars....

And if you order using their app, you can receive a free 2 liter bottle of soda (just look for the code online). Plus if you use the app, your pizza is hot and ready for you when you get there. Now the place is clean and well kept and the people that work there are pretty nice as well. Good customer service, not like a few years back. There are only a couple of things I don't like about this place, and it really isn't their fault. First, when alot of people are ordering (through the app or at the counter) it can get crowded in their tiny waiting area. Second, when it's busy the parking lot gets extremely crowded. And of course there's always those idiots that double park and block traffic and cars that are already parked can't get out, making things even worse. These dummies don't think they are doing anything wrong. Park at the curb on the street. People are just to lazy to walk an extra 20 yards. Anyway, I come here all the time. To me they have the best tasting pizza around for the price. I'll take them over Domino's or Papa...
