On Tuesday the 22nd of September my sister went to Arby's we placed our order. The person taking it was having trouble taking it. They seemed to be have a problem understanding my sister for one thing. Like we were using another language.Then when we get to the window. We are charged for a sandwitch we didn't get that was ordered and they didn't catch two sandwiches that was ordered. We didn't check the sack until we were handing the food out . By reordering 2 Arby's classics with cheese we had enough for everyone but me to have something to eat. I called back to Arby's and complained. I was told that my name would be put down so I could pick the sandwich up the next time I came in. Today September 24, just one day later. When I call and try to make arrangements to pick the sandwich up I get told the only name they have is a Julie and there was a listing for a large fries. So I had to pay for the sandwich they had left out of our order plus the rest of the order. They again only half listened to what we ordered so when we checked to see if they had put cheese on the three classic roastbeff sandwiths we ordered they had to send them back and add it. When the "manager" came to the window she not only was rude but very unprofessional and asked us to move from the window. We proceeded to tell her the the order was wrong she rudely took our order "fixed" it and told us that we were going to have to move and to come inside if the order was wrong again. Then, the doordash driver couldn't figure out where he was and wanted me to come outside to get my food. The address, along with the name of the building, was clearly noted on the order with instructions to leave inside at the front desk. A 3rd grader could follow those directions. And finally, my COMPLETE order wasn't delivered. Driver said he wasn't given a drink...but there's a straw attached to the bag. What is that for if not a drink!!
