Panera Bread — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

The staff at this location are so friendly! I came for lunch on Wednesday and my order was not correct. I ordered a chipotle chicken melt and was giving a turkey bacon bravo, by the time I left from getting my to go order I didn’t realize until drying away so I didn’t bother going back. I went back again for lunch today and I sat in the driveway for 15+ minutes which is understandable for their first week open. I ordered a whole salad through the drive through and the bowl was just barely halfway full and I was given 2 knives instead of a fork so I had to wait until I got all the way home to eat. The salad was super fresh and delicious but my bread was oddly just placed in the bag with no container or anything. Food is always great. Love being able to order at the kiosk and have to talk to or deal with anyone. Now they have taken all the drinks away from the kiosk (I assume because of theft?) and you have to wait until you get your food to get a drink cup? Even Taco Bell and McDonald's let's me sit and enjoy my drink while I wait on my food. Tried to get our drinks from the girl at the register and was told no, we had to wait and get them at the window with our food? Please staff the kiosk or put a camera above it, everyone there is paying with a card, no cash....if they take a drink and don't pay, charge them. The general manager is super amazing. Every time I go in the staff is amazing. Minus one time an employee didn't notice my daughter behind her because the employee was walking backwards. I always order off the app and I love using it. Expect from one day I wanted to experience ordering at the register. My kids and I wanted cinnamon rolls. After she was gathering the rolls I wasn't quite sure if she gave me a receipt after paying. I asked if she handed me one and she said "I just walked up here." Super shocked with the response, my daughter also noticed she was laughing at me because I was trying to just tell my son to wait on giving him the box of cinnamon rolls.
