Such amazing family run business. They are awesome, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My husband got my engagement and wedding ring here and I got his here. There were just so many options to choose from without breaking the bank, the cuts, the designs, the looks just everything about them were just absolutely stunning. They do resizing, cleaning and so many more service on site.. The atmosphere is just so calm, friendly and easy going, they also offer lay away if you don't have the money in one go. I also loved the fact that they had a bit of everything, not just wedding rings or engagement rings, they had watches, bracelets, necklaces, cute rings and lots of options. Kenny Bond and Braedon Bond are absolute legends, my now husband spoke to them and they helped him pick out my rings and I met them when I went to do my engagement ring resizing and they were just absolutely amazing people, just so friendly, funny and pleasant, they just make you wanna keep going back. There customer service is 5, there products are 5 so my review is definitely a 5* I'd definitely recommend a visit to K Bond Jewelers you'll...
Read moreI think this is a pretty rare find in a mall setting. It's a family business and looks like it when you walk in. I called ahead and went in to get a second opinion on a diamond I had purchased online. I had been shopping at Robbins Brothers and the salesman there insisted that my diamond was not what was represented on the corresponding GIA report, and kept trying to sell me on their diamonds. I asked the gentleman at K Bond his opinion, and he went out of his way to educate me on how online diamond sales work and reassured me that my diamond was exactly what I paid for and that the report was valid.
He was honest and genuine from the very start and never talked down to me or tried to sell me on any of his diamonds. If I were to ever need further advice or be in the market for jewelry, Z Bond would be my first stop. Couldn't have been happier with...
Read moreVisited this store thrice. The first was for watch sizing. The guy working there tried to rush me as I handled my delicate timepiece. It may not be valuable to him, but my $1000+ watch is valuable to me. The second was for a crystal replacement. I was quoted one week; 3 weeks later still no watch. I went there to request it back to take it elsewhere, it was not even at the store! What kind of "expert" jewelry repair store cannot replace a crown. The last straw was when I had a necklace resized. A few months later, the soldering came apart. When I took it back and mentioned it, they wanted to charge me to repair their faulty work. I suppose with the base and volume of young airman, they care about volume of customers versus returning customers, but I definitely learned my lesson. More power to those who had good luck. I will never spend a cent...
